The staff was warm and welcoming, our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully decorated, and it was within easy walking distance of a few restaurants and the river. Although I certainly wouldn't characterize it as a kids hotel (we were the only ones there with a kid), the staff was very helpful on that front, including providing a booster seat and letting us use their playground.

We do like the possibility to taste the wine from the owners wineyard! The owners are very friendly and social. The rooms have high standard. Breakfast outstanding on an eckologican base. Reviewed By John BWe stayed here for 4 nights and chose a room with catering facilities. We didn't use them much apart from the fridge and kettle which were both used a lot. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with views of the vineyards and the Moselle. We booked through Booking.com and it's very cheap for what you get Christoph and Alexandra are the young couple who own the place, they're both very friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. They don't provide evening meals but will book you into Stefan-Andres Weinstube restaurant which is excellent and owned by Alexandra's family. Breakfast is worth paying for. Good quality and plentiful. They also make wine and there is a large fridge in reception which is well stocked with their range of wines. You simply take a bottle, and glasses, and fill in the sheet to let them know what you've taken. It's not expensive. We brought back several cases of their different wines. Word of caution. You need cash to pay in this part of Germany. Credit cards are not yet the norm ... so it's a bit of a culture shock to most of us from the UK. We'd recommend this as a great place to stay

Good B&B in pleasant town
Reviewed By Geoff HWe had a room on the top floor where we stayed during the height of summer. The room was very hot but there was a fan provided. The room was quiet during our stay and had views over the Moselle River to the vineyards. The B&B is located within easy walking distance to centre of the town where there are several restaurants. There is also some nice walking or cycling from the B&B, through the vineyard paths, down to the river and bridge. There is free parking on site and the wifi was good. The breakfast was very pleasant, sitting outside on the balcony which overlooks the vineyards. We bought a few bottles of Riesling produced by the owners of the B&B which were quite good.

Reviewed By mayjack31A bit out of town but worth it as so hospitable. Excellent value, breakfast fabulous and she even gave us a doggy bag to pack up what we did not eat for our onward cycle journey. Their own wine is excellent too.

There is a good selection of wines,something for everone's taste.Try the rosè!! Well worth a visit!

Neben einem sehr schönen Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und einem guten Frühstückbuffet gibt es hier noch was anderes außergewöhnliches. Tolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Neben der immer bemühten Seniorchefin Frau Steffens ist es vor allem der Macher des Ganzen, Ralf Steffens. Ein echter Typ, der konsequent seinen eigenen Weg in jeder Hinsicht geht und der ist gut. Konnten auch eine komplette Betriebsbesichtigung erleben und ausreichend Weinproben. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
