This ancient noble house was built at the end of the 700 in the so-called "golden mile" belonging to the family de Goyzueta di Toverena, feudal and patrician spanish family, passed from Spain to the kingdom of Naples following the arms of King Charles of Bourbon. The rooms all have the name of our great-aunts, regularly attend the villa and are quiet and spacious, bright and clean, treated with taste in decor. It is a good place for relaxing after a busy day. A Wonderful Experience

The way we were welcomed by our hosts, Manuel and Olga and the beautiful surroundings made it the perfect holiday for our family of four. We particularly enjoyed the laid back breakfasts, the beautiful view from our terrace of Mount Vesuvia and the chilled out time next to the pool. The B&B is also ideally located, a 20 minute walk from a train to Naples, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Pompei and even Rome. We had a great time during our 10 days and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Reviewed By noopurm2019Pompeii and Mt vesuvius are less than 30 minutes and you can also take a cab to the port to take a ferry to capri island from Torre del Greco, that 50 minute ride is beautiful in summers. Plan to visit the port a day before as it takes some time to figure out where to go to get the ferry and people usually dont speak English.The hotel is wonderful with amazing service and a 5 minute walk to beautiful black sand beach which offers amazing views of mountains, and food here is so good! we are vegetarians and they accomodated us graciously.. Nice perfect rooms , great homecooked breakfast. Loved our stay here !

The Santa Teresa , which is over a hundred years the benchmark most qualified for the national and international tourism , is an excellent starting point for the ruins of Herculaneum , 1 km from the hotel, and Pompeii away only 6 km, reached by highway or by the subway system fast circumvesuviana . The hotel is located in a beautiful Mediterranean garden built at the end of the 800. L ' hotel has 25 rooms that offer all the comforts: private bathroom, telephone , air conditioning and TV LCD in all rooms, free WIFI , free parking with CCTV.A beautiful accommodation from which to explore the territory bellleze of Naples and to live in peace and relaxation in a romantic weekend.

Reviewed By Joseph PVery helpful owners. Rooms were simple and clean. Nice garden surrounding property. Outside the property existed utter chaos as is the norm in Italy. Ten minute walk to Circumvesuviana, with destinations to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples.

Located in a quiet area, it is the ideal choice for those who want to disconnect from the stress and regain contact with nature. Big bright apartment
Reviewed By Jackie PAntonella's apartment is very bright, spacious and modern. We had two bathrooms both with showers so we with a family of 2 parents and 2 adult children we never had a line up for the bathroom. The showers were hard to regulate the temperature they would go from hot to cold in seconds and back to hot again but the batrooms are larger and clean. There is a bit of noise in the evening but it didnt disturb us. We were a little disappointed with the Italian breakfast that was shown in the picture and described in the listing. It said local pastries fresh each day but everything we had was self serve and came pre packaged already. There was some meat and cheese at the beginning of our 6 day stay but for 4 adults, it wasnt much. We had to go out each day and get our own breakfast which is fine if you expect to do that, but not when you expect it to be provided as advertised. The view of the bay from the balcony js beautiful and nice to have some espresso in the morning or wine in the evening. The air conditioning worked well and was needed because it was hotter than expected. Overall, Antonella was very accomodating helping us with parking and allowing us to park at the building to load and unload the luggage. The parking is just down the street and run by Gio and his brother Bruno. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Gio even shared a couple bottles of his homemade wine with us! Antonella was very kind and helpful especially since one her chairs was accidentally broken during our stay. Thank you for being kind and understanding! s

Reviewed By BenW87My partner found this hotel after searching for accommodation where we could easily visit the historic monuments in the region. We found the price to be quite reasonable for what we got (well decorated rooms, comfortable and importantly with shutters to block out the light in the morning!) We took the train from Rome into Naples and then hired a car, which took roughly 25-30 minutes. There is adequate, shaded parking at the property which was great. We were greeted warmly upon checking in - when we asked about payment we were told when we were ready. I always find it so much nicer when a hotel or guest house does this! Our room was outside of the main building in a separate building and was absolutely lovely (the bathroom in particular was sublime!) The room is clearly very modern, and has built in radio and a decent tv. (Not that we used the tv!) Breakfast was great - home baked croissant and pastries, and one morning we were treated to delicious pizza slices. Look out for one of the guys who works here, Nikola, he is a real character and made our breakfasts pleasant each morning. Whilst the staff here speak little to no English, they are all incredibly pleasant and friendly which makes all the difference. Local attractions are all close by and easily reached (particularly by car - highly recommended to hire whilst here to maximise your time!) Highly recommend!

Una bella scoperta
Reviewed By darioi925In due coppie abbiamo passato una notte presso questo b&b per andare a vedere Pompei e le ville romane. Il b&b è in una ottima posizione, immerso in una pinetina tenuta benissimo. La signora Gea ci ha accolto con un fragrante caffè casalingo e ci ha accompagnato alle stanze, tutte nuive e pulite. Colazione in stanza con buona presenza di dolci imbustati e caffè espresso. Insomma raccomandiamo a chiunque questo b&b. Unica pecca è la strada strettissima da percorrere in auto con molta accortezza. Per il resto tutto ok.

La camera tripla è spaziosa e pulita, ampia possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento e libero e numerosi negozi nei dintorni!
