Wonderful hotel
Reviewed By FredericM7070We stayed two nights in this hotel during the World Cup. The hotel is located in Aksai, 15 minutes outside Rostov. 24h reception. The hotel opened its doors in 2017. Staff is extremely friendly and good English speaking. Rooms are very clean, shower was just great. Breakfast is what one might expect and is served in a congress hall. Very pleased with this hotel, and will surely recommend it. In my opinion decent 4 star hotel ( and not 3 star).

Reviewed By kathsugdenThis place doesn't look much - in fact it's difficult at first even to find the entrance (It's through the cafe). Nevertheless once you've found your way to reception the girls couldn't be more helpful. We had room 14 which had a balcony and promised to be quieter than most. However it was rather noisy with the window open and the view was nothing. The cafe through which you walk to get in is fantastic although again it doesn't look much. I highly recommend it. The hotel is really conveniently situated and great value.

For couples I recommend Amsterdam room. Clean. Cozy. Quiet. Romantic. Lovely Будете приятно удивлены. Превзошли все наши ожидания. Милый бутик-отель с индивидуальным дизайном каждого номера. I asked the staff for any advice, and the administrator was very kind to offer me a room with a window without any extra charge so that I could properly breath. So I had time to evaluate both rooms: facility is very clean and tidy, good mattresses, clean sheets and towels, bathroom works properly and it's well looked after, every room has an lcd tv with some satellite system, rooms are equipped with air conditioners. A standalone shared kitchen has a microwave and all the simple tools required to cook something trivial not to mention free tea and coffee. I went in and out during day and night, didn't have any access problems. It was much better than I expected overall. Thanks, dear staff!

Reviewed By Pasha333This is an apartment but not a hotel. Very clean, nice interior and very good staff (I think that the owner is the manager). Really romantic interior. The area is very dirty mainly during the fall and winter. Overall Rostov has become one of the dirtiest cities in Russia.
