Reviewed By NitinsahuWe had one amazing experience. We went there as a family vacation with friends. Rooms - very nice, spacious, clean and the best thing was a common room that was attached to our 3 rooms that we had, which gave us together time also. Service - full marks to them, house keeping restaurants, reception, everyone was polite courteous professional and willing to help. Special mention to Mr Sachin Dubey whom we saw always interacting with all guests and kids to ensure they are enjoying. Food - Devent spread and good taste. Sweet could have been better but overall very nice. Location- it is 10 kms from the Mahabaleshwar city, 500 meters of little off track road. Pro is that you will get an amazing view and weather from rooms and the deck but only food available will be at the restaurant. Will suggest going for a MAP package. Amenities- here is where i will give 3 stars maybe. Pool Table tennis Foosball cricket etc were available but games were not at 1 place. Those were placed at the common area of different villas which made it difficult for us to explore. Pool was clean and swimming was amazing with the view from deck. We enjoyed our stay and will be going there again for sure.

The common area is very well designed, it has games, books, and magazines, making the place very cosy. It is great to spend some peaceful time with family and friends. The location is a little off-road and the approach road is quite narrow. The apartment could become a service apartment if they provide a functioning kitchen.

Shower system was heavily leakage and bathroom was too much tiny in size because of Bathtub placement. Big issue was lift. Lift was not working so we came down by staircase with our heavy luggage. Not at all acceptable. Food is too much expensive as quoted in menu card. Average hotel as compared to Tariffs they charged. There are many hotels in that area with same price.

Reviewed By subhradipdas1990Recently stayed in the hotel in mid of May 2022. I was bit hesitant before booking for 2nights because there were mixed reviews on Google. People gave reviews how rooms are small or dining area, which is just outside the rooms, are noisy, or oily food. But looking at the photos, I had a positive feeling and went ahead and booked a room for 2 nights. Coming to my review which is based on my own experience, below are the details. 1. If there were options for more stars in Google, I would have rated the hotel to the fullest. This is a very nice and beautiful property and the photos Internet don’t do justice to the hotel. The property is far better than what you would see on the Internet. 2. The hotel, I believe, has only 2rooms which can accommodate 2people. Rest all rooms can accommodate more than 2people and some up to 6-7 person. I stayed in a couple room. The room is standard sized equivalent to any modern budget business hotel. The room just looks small because of the large king sized bed in the middle and other wooden furniture. But the room comfortable. 3. The hotel is recently renovated and it is visible in its modernised washrooms. Though it is renovated, it has still maintained the look, feel and experience of a classy heritage property. 4. The guest service was perfect, whatever you need they will provide, only if the request is reasonable. My check out was at 6am in the morning; so I requested for my breakfast packed. The night before that they gave me toasted bread, butter and boiled eggs nicely packed for my journey next day. This means a lot. 5. They provide typical and authentic Parsi food which is very tasty. Our food was included in the package, and they provided food more than we could consume. No misery. If you want again, they will happily provide again. Again a very good experience. Generally mid or small sized hotels don’t provide enough food, if it’s included in the package. Just outside the hotel there is a very beautiful sitting area, where you can spend all your evening looking at the sunset and listening to the sounds of nocturnal insects. This place is just out of some Ruskin Bond stories. Overall my experience there was superb and I suggest to at least stay there for the experience. Just book blindly without any second thoughts. The place is just for people wanting to have absolute relaxation. One request to management, just provide Squatty Potty in the bathrooms as the commodes are too high.

The resort is surrounded by more properties from the same group which gives you access to ramsukh resort & advait valley. Advait valley is an amazing place for evening walk with a good view of nature. They've few activities which comes at an additional cost including bicycle riding. Food is decent & prices are pocket friendly. Although I don't have a very good feedback about service. A big YES for jungle walk! A good place to enjoy with family & friends.

Reviewed By Navs20099The delux room was very nice, hotel was clean, excellent food, nice service, children have indoor games to play, clean swiming pool, and professional spa facility. The location is also very good, just 10 mins drive from Veena lake. For breakfast they had lots of variety, Indian, Punjabi, Sindhi, Italian, American, South Indian and lots of Fruits and juices. All tasty food served with excellent service. In short it is a must visit for your mahabaleshwar trip.

Reviewed By Dilip1919During our recent visit to shirdi , firstly we struggled to get a room and luckily Indore palace had only 1 room vacant and they were generous in taking the exact charge for room then milking more money for the situation . The staff were friendly and were available 24/7 . Vehicle parking space helps u to park ur car . Over all a comfortable experience
