Reviewed By BanglabarryThey have a good service with the shuttle and the reception is wonderful and quick. The rooms are ok, you can here the other rooms coughing and spitting. The restaurant is fine for indo food. I liked mine and it was a good portion. Breakfast wasn’t so good. The decor let’s you believe they are a coffee shop, but they are not. Coffee was terrible and most food items are cold.nobody lets you know if they will make you hot food or not. My room didn’t have soap, there is a corona virus pandemic and no soap, I asked for soap and I got no soap. People coughing at the toast area, grabbing things with hands they coughed into. I know it’s not the hotels fault for their disgusting guests but it just added to my frustration

The Bukit Raya Guesthouse is a comfortable and cozy guesthouse, which has 6 rooms. The guesthouse is surrounded by a green environment, a natural swimming pool and has free WiFi. Breakfast is included and also Indonesian, Dayak, Swiss, Italian and German lunches and dinners are available. There is also the possibility to have a BBQ at the poolsite. The Bukit Raya Guesthouse feels like a little forest in which there is a tree house with a relaxing hammock and the timber architecture is nice designed. We have 1 Deluxe Double Room, 2 Comfort Double Rooms and 3 Standard Double Rooms with private bathroom each. All the rooms have a fan, a desk and mosquito nets. The Deluxe room is equiped with A/C. The Standard and Comfort rooms have a sleeping attic for 2 - 4 extrabeds.

With all the trees, plants, gardens and birds you get a sense that you are in the jungle, even though you are still in the city. They have a variety of really nice, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices- including a treehouse. There is a small, natural swimming pool, a roof-top lawn, hammocks for relaxing in and a reading area if you want to chill out. Continental breakfast is provided and it is a great place to meet interesting people. I have stayed here twice now and always felt incredibly welcomed by all the staff who are incredibly helpful with information, planning trips etc

The location is strategic, near several ATM machines and near a pharmacy that is open 24 hours so I can easily find hand sanitizers and masks. At night, there are several culinary options that can be an alternative to having dinner outside the hotel, so I can save more on my business trip costs. I will consider staying at this hotel again when I have a business trip to Balikpapan.

Reviewed By BayuMT23Nice hotel, nearest to the Pangkalan Bun airport.. the room was so comfort. Good place for you before you run for the first flight on the next day. I recommend this hotel because the location is strategic and many food spot around the hotel especially in the night.

Reviewed By Amitha HThis hotel easily to find in Banjarbaru main street just in front of Sederhana Restaurant beside NAV Karaoke. You can find their price online or call them directly. The cheapesr way to get there is walking a little bit from the airport to a junction road. Take a totally green van (not with any white colour) and ask them to bring you to Banjarbaru. It's a renovated old hotel, their rooms a little bit far away from the street. The garden makes you peacefull. But in the same time, the wall very thin and not solid so you can hear your neighborg and the picture of the television is bad so you can't watch the TV.

Nasi uduk enak banget; ada roti dan puding juga buah-buahan. Cuma sayangnya channel TV gangguan masalah instalasi belum beres.

Reviewed By 952stefanusaLokasinya di tengah kota, untuk mencari makan terutama malam sangat mudah tinggal berjalan sedikit anda akan menemukan banyak dagangan kaki lima yang murah. Hotel juga dekat bank dan ATM serta dekat dengan kelenteng tua. Secara umum layanan lumayan bagus dan kamar bersih walau bangunan sudah agak berumur.
