More than expected
Reviewed By Thu TI was impressed by the price at first because the hotel is located right at the gold position but its room rate is reasonable. From that, I can take bus or walk a few minutes to many tourism sightseeing in the city or the suburb. The room was small yet cozy and comfortable to stay. There are motobikes or bicycle for rent with suitable price. In addition, the owners as receptionists were always available to give some helpful tips, which made my trip memorable. Thank you so much for this.

Reviewed By 703jo_ogThis 5 stars (not 4) Hotel has only 3 months, so it’s quite new and there are some places where you can still feel the smell of fresh paints. Young staff, extremely polite and helpful, always with a smile and trying to please you. They gave us a room update, so we got a giant and fancy room. English level is reasonable, not perfect but they try hard. Maybe some English lessons for all the staff would be a good investment given by management. We went to the spa and guess what: very good prizes, exquisite ambience, and very competent massages! All this with unimaginable low prizes.

Reviewed By Minhthư TWe stayed here during Tet holiday. The room rate is cheaper compare to other hotels there, so we don't expect too much. However, the room is really nice and clean. The bed is convenient and the wifi is so good. The furniture look old, but it work well so never mind. We came back late on the last day and found the room is cleaned well. We checked out at 1:30pm, but they did not charge us additional fee or complained for the late checking although we are in the peak season for hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's too much for a hotel with room rate at ~$10/ night. We will come back if we visit Buon Me Thuot again.

Reviewed By cazanne48Surprised to see two poor reviews for this hotel. Maybe the building work spoiled it, None while we were there. The only issue we had was the bedding was not clean and of a polyester type which was not that comfortable. Otherwise: The girl on reception was very nice, spoke good English and helped us with booking our onward travel and can arrange a motorbike if needed. The room was good, clean and of a good size. Storage space, fridge, table and chairs, Air con, good WiFi. Good bathroom with nice shower, toiletries. Central location which was a very busy area.

Reviewed By thuy67Our single room is small size but fit for our couple. It has both a balcony and windows with a good view. Staffs are very friendly, and the price is so good compared to their services. You need to pay about 1.5$ to the breakfast but easy to find near good local restaurant around.
