Top 10 Bed and Breakfast Inns in Agadir, Morocco

May 2, 2023 Sachiko Swiger

Soak up the sun on the well-maintained beaches of Agadir, southern Morocco's most-visited city. Palm-lined boulevards and beachfront bars add a decidedly Western-resort feel, amplified by the large number of Europeans who flock here in the winter months. It’s all about laid-back relaxation in Agadir, so ride a camel, rent a beach buggy, check out the Suq al-Had market or take the 20-minute walk up to the ruins of the Agadir Kasbah for expansive city views if you’re taking a break from the beach.

We had a great stay for 2 nights, very nice staff, delicious home cooked meal, spacious room and AMAZING SPA/HAMMAM!! That was a highlight. A little difficult to find and in a not beautiful area but just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It could use a bit of refreshing but it had tons of charm. Thanks for a great stay!!

Petite suede is a nice cosy hotel. Staff are very helpful & kind. Its central and close to the beach & good restaurants.located in the banking section it is quiet at night. There is also a very cheap booze shop 25 metres from it. If going south its well worth stocking up here before you go as its more expensive down south.

I stayed with my son here for 5 days. We had a great time! The manager was amazing, and very helpfull ! She knows the right people, so if you really want to know the real morocco, go stay here! Its a perfect place if you have kids, the owner had a lot of toys. And if you are traveling with friends, its perfect ! Lots to do, and there is a beautifull rooftop tarrece. You can buy everything you need around the corner, and for a trip to agadir. The price is only 10dh a person by colectivo, or bus for 5dh. Both just outside the dorr. I recomed this place! And will return

Poor breakfast:(

Reviewed By Ela P

After 5 nights of being accommodated in another travel-budget hostel that was just a perfect place to be (not only affordable but also having its charm and super hip vibe), me and my friend arrived to Atlantic Hotel in Agadir. The hotel itself was way below my expectations and they weren’t high as I’ve lived literally nomadic life for few days before coming to Agadir. Not normally something that would bug me but there was lack of everything: lobby filled with monotone, boring and definitely not Moroccan-style music, staff friendly yet somewhat uptight and very serious (unlike all the Moroccan people that I’ve met earlier) and there was no a morrocan vibe Bad food I mean really bad, starting from breakfast where everything was cold except pancakes to bad artificial orange juice no fresh fruits available. At 9:15am we had to wait even for a cutlery or coffee cup we needed. We felt quite disappointed as Agadir was our last stop before leaving. No hospitality nor friendliness that we’ve come across before. A bit sad. The hotel might be suitable for seniors or all those who plan to spend all their vacation in one place but would it be a vacation at all? Definitely don’t recommend to those who want to explore and see the world. And not to the foodies. It says it’s a beachfront hotel. Some kind of joke. There is a good 20 mins walk to the beach crossing a high speed motorway on the way. And one more thing. Airport shuttle costs around 200 dirham when you ask any driver on the street, not 300 that hotel says. All in all this could be a mediocre hotel anywhere in the world.
