Reviewed By Sascha HDas Haus Birnbacher liegt sehr gut gelegen ca. 5 Gehminuten von Christlum. Die Zimmer und das allgemeine Ambiente sind zwar bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings wird dies durch die Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastleute direkt wieder ausgeglichen. Die Zimmer sind im 80er Jahre Stil eingerichtet, jedoch sehr hell und sauber. Das Frühstück ist wie man es in einer österreichischen Pension erwarten würde - ausreichend aber eher klassisch. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über eine Sauna und einen Wirlpool. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche an die Zimmer hat, sehr zu empfehlen.

YMCA style - very low budget style - friendly staff
Reviewed By I DArriving in the room I thought of simply turning around and leaving because I was somehow disappointed. The small window was pointing to the highway. The room had three beds, the bathroom was long with a tub, the light in the room was far too dark, the TV teeny-weeny, spiderwebs beside the bed, a hole in the bedding. Furthermore it was smelling as if someone had smoked in the room though it was a non-smoker room. But then the owner was a nice guy, that I couldn't care less about these facts. So I stayed until breakfast. And this was it. The offer was so limited, no vegetables, no big choice of anything... I preferred to take my breakfast somewhere else then. Parking lot behind the house was practical and also the bed was o.k. Nevertheless not to be recomended for more than a night passing through.

Reviewed By Jiří Nabsolutely on the money, Friendly atmosphere we felt very comfortable during our stay and our requests and needs were fulfilled immediately :) The position is very favorable ( next to supermarket and bus station) the haus in general is very clean only one hint to know is that here everywhere are stuffed animals, I don't mind that, but it can be a drawback for some visitors.

Als wichtige Ergänzung lässt sich sagen: Das Haus auch ist bestens für stark Übergewichtige Personen geeignet. Wir kommen im Spätsommer 2022 auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon sehr.

Reviewed By Nika KVery good appartements located few minutes drive from ski centres. Rooms are fully and nice equipped, rooms are "alp style" very comfortable and clean. Also dispose with big balcony which was high appreciated. Overall, very good, reasonable price and good location.
