Food is amazing and you can eat 24hrs a day if you like. Even room service is included The entertainment is first class, the animation team are especially great with our kids. Excellent hotel - Swim up room is great and worth it especially with a toddler.
Reviewed By lhassWe stayed for 7 nights - 1st week of June. Booked a swim up room which was facing the lagoon. It was lovely and perfect for our small family of 3 with private sun beds on the deck and easy access. The water felt comfortable for our toddler after a sunny morning which was the case for most of our trip. The entire hotel is accessible with a stroller you can even get to the front of the beach without a hassle. There are towels every where. Super clean and well maintained. The staff is really helpful. The resort is a good size - not so big that it would take you ages to run back to the room to grab something. Everything else has been said and I agree with. Excellent food. Loads of variety with different cuisines every night. Tried few of the ala carte restaurants all of them were good you just have to promptly book them in the morning via an app. Helpful and welcoming staff. Massage therapists wayan and indira at the spa were amazing. Zeynap who served us a few times was so kind and also answered our many questions over a hotel WhatsApp group that every guest has access to. Angelina at bary star was so lovely. A couple of suggestions for the hotel management - it would be good to reiterate to guests to not book sun beds especially if they leave the pool area. By noon it was difficult to find a sun bed free that didn’t have a towel on it. It would also be really good to have a little splash park for kids as being in out of the pool can be tiring. Think there was one but has since been removed? All in all fantastic hotel. We’re definitely going back!

Reviewed By alyson fSadly we were only at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights.Popped over from Side to play some golf.We did not want to leave and are already planning to return later this year.We had an amazing sea view room, enjoyed the wonderful grounds and the Turkish and Italian restaurants were superb. Food in all of the restaurants was good.Staff were exceptional and the entertainment first class. We loved having our G & T's in the lobby bar.We came away feeling thoroughly spoiled.

The food was top notch and there was a great selection. I would like to thank Ali and Mehmet for their excellent service at the main restaurant and snack bar. As for entertainment, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the foam party, evening shows, beach volleyball and fitness activities. A particular highlight for us was the karaoke night. A huge shout out to Soufiane, Deniz, Lisa and Alla for getting us involved, being so welcoming and always having a huge smile on their faces. Finally, Gamze and Hilal at guest relations were very helpful when we had a few issues and attended to our needs straight away. We definitely plan to return here again!!

The food in the restaurant was varied and we were never stuck for something to eat. We also ate at paprika restaurant one night and it was ok. We want to give a big shout out to DEYRAN in the restaurant, she always looked after us, and always gave us a lovely welcome with a lovely smile. The entertainment team were always fun, especially MARS, RODNEY AND BARNEY. Our daughter loved doing the different activities with them, especially water polo. Although RODNEY never let her score, ?You guys keep up the good work. All the staff in the hotel work so hard, and always acknowledged us with a smile, especially the maids. The hotel has a number of bars, so you have plenty of choice, the drinks and cocktails are ok, we especially enjoyed the BMW, the barman on the beach bar made the best one of these. Calis is just a 10 minute walk away and has a lovely promenade with plenty of bars/restaurants. There are stunning sunsets which you never get bored of watching. The end of our holiday was dampened by our flight being cancelled. We were really stressed out. The only person who helped us was BELLA from guest relations, who was absolutely fantastic, she managed to get us another night in the hotel and helped us sort another flight out. BELLA thank you so much, you really are a great asset to this hotel. We really loved our holiday in Jiva, and we will be returning one day. Thank you so much. Glen, Hayley and Phoebe x

A second home. The beautiful lobby invites you to enter. Because of our enthusiasm (and verbal advertising) about the hotel, friends always come along, in the meantime we are already with 12 people who return again and again. We had already seen the renovated rooms in October, beautiful, enough storage space and well cleaned. The beds are fantastic! The buffets of the main restaurant make it difficult for you, so much choice, tasty, hot and freshly prepared. Show cooking both inside and outside are tasty! Congratulations to the chefs! During the day you can also eat at the pool bar and beach bar, afterwards in the patisserie for a nice coffee and a large choice of desserts and ice creams. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, a pleasure to walk in. Hats off to the gardeners! Swimming pools nice and tidy, refreshing with the warm weather. The shows performed in the garden on the promenade are beautiful, many passers-by stop to enjoy. Live music almost every day at the pool bar. Disco at the beach bar. A wide range of tasty cocktails and other drinks. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, fast service! There are staff members who speak a good word of German and English. Some even have a word in Dutch! That's fine! We do our best to say something in Turkish, but it is difficult! Mister Izzet, the General Manager, does his rounds several times a day to make sure everything is okay. He greets every guest with a smile, a chat and the question if everything is okay. People really feel welcome. You are not a customer but a guest! Mister Ahmet, Head of Guest Relations, Burcin Karademir, the Front Office Manager and staff try to meet everyone's needs! All the staff here work really hard especially housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen, bar staff and the entertainment team. There was a good amount of activities on offer throughout the day and great evening entertainment. Big shout out to Turan, Mert, Vahit for keeping us all entertained we had a great time and really didn’t want to leave.

Reviewed By haroon1316I spent a week here and all in all was an excellent stay. Food, drinks, friendly staff. Big shout out to to Fathi at the front desk, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is in a great location and provides a great place to relax and soak up some sun. Will be visiting again for sure.
