I'm lucky enough to live in Hue, so visit Shinosushi regularly! I eat here at least twice a month and I've never been disappointed! They have a huge variety of sushi, sashimi, tempura, everything. Its always freshly made, I know this as I'm a picky eater and have a lot of things removed from dishes. Something they have always got right! The staff are helpful, friendly, and have always welcomed us! WEnt here for a couple of nights while staying in Hue. Top shelf tunes, really friendly staff and a great vibe. The moron who gave it one star shouldn't be allowed on Trip Advisor, or in bars for that matter, occasionally one goes to a bar to get service, it's not a big deal.One of my favourite bars in Vietnam, hands down!

This place had been open for nine days, apparently, but already looked well established. Excellent Vietnamese craft beer on tap and in bottles, knowledgeable owners and good relaxed vibe.
