This is our 5th visit to Fulden and the The Dough House and once again she really made a lockdown birthday special. Our sons 1st birthday was so important to us and Fulden is so lovely and happy to tailor the afternoon tea to our particular likes and dislikes. The food is so beautifully presented and tastes incredible. Eveything is so fresh and there are a wide range of options. I cant recommend the Dough House enough, we can’t wait to book on to some of her classes when the world gets back to normal.

The Go Cotswolds tour from Stratford Upon Avon is probably the best and most affordable and extensive tour you can take in the beautiful and quaint Cotswolds. We were staying in Chipping Campden and the tour bus picked us up right outside our hotel. Since it was September 2020 we were in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and so precautions had to be taken. We had to hand sanitise each time we entered the tour bus and had to wear our masks at all times. The bus surfaces were regularly cleaned. The tour itself was very scenic, extensive and exciting especially if you are travelling to the Cotswolds for the first time and want a taster of every town in the area. The tour encompassed Chipping Campden, Dover Hill, Broadway Tower, Stow on the wold, Bibury and Bourton on the water. I loved all stops but the one which I found to be quintessential Cotswolds was the town of Bibury with it's beautiful Arlington Row. I am pretty sure most people would agree with me on that one as its picture postcard Cotswolds. The town which I found to be the most lively was certainly Bourton on the water with many day trippers from London and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants by the river. The tour guide was very informative and provided us with a detailed history of the region and extensive knowledge of the area. He is local to the region. I would give our tour guide a 10/10 when it comes to knowledge about the Cotswolds , it's history and it's culture. I would highly recommend taking this tour and would not think twice about booking another.

Managed to do the Kew Gardens tour just before lockdown 2.0, and so glad I did! The whole process of getting set up with the guide was super easy, and the tour itself was really informative without being overbearing - I learned loads about the history of the gardens and I really felt like they'd done their research. The podcast style of the guide is so different to other audio guides I have used, and it's so refreshing to listen to a guide that is this engaging. Looking forward to using this again when I can visit some more places!

This trip was so awesome. The bus was extremely clean and super comfortable, and our tour guide Andy was AMAZING. I feel like there wasn't a stretch of road on the whole trip that he didn't have some tidbit of interesting information about. The available time at each place was good, and the secret place we got to see was AWESOME! No spoilers though, I made a vow :) You will not regret booking a tour, it was a highlight of our trip. We had to cancel a second trip due to Covid-19 but as soon as we can make it back across the pond, we will be signing up for another English Bus tour!

After having a great time on the Gin Making Class we tried the Gin Cocktail Making and had another great time. After the lovely G&T on arrival Sam, the Mixologist, guided us through a great night Gin Cocktails. The knowledge of cocktails this guy has is amazing, and very interesting to listen to. As the night went on the happy atmosphere in the room grew, so relaxed and a great laugh. This is a night not to miss especially if you need something different in these painful times. Make sure you book a taxi or get someone else to drive you home. Cheers again Sam & Pete (the glass collector)

The thick-walled castles inspired Shakespeare's battle-torn tales. The narrow cobbled lanes kindled his love stories’ twists and turns. And the deep, green valleys encouraged him to write about monsters, myths, and magic. On this adventure, we take you through the landscapes that sparked his imagination and his inspirational hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon. But this tour isn’t just about the famous playwright. You find yourself a little tipsy as you sample a local beer in a small brewery. You feel princely as you walk through the ancient hallways of Blenheim Palace. And you become snap-happy as you wander over the trickling rivers and peaceful hills of the Cotswolds. Learn about Shakespeare’s inspirations and discover England’s most famous landmarks on this three-day small group tour from London.

Inclusions: Professional Driver Guide, 2 nights en-suite accommodation with breakfast, Transport on a top of the range Mercedes mini-coach, Small Group Tour with maximum 16 people for a more personal experience
