The Old Stand

The Old Stand is a charming traditional style local bar. Newly refurbished with many modern elements, we have kept our bar in the traditional style and complimented it with a lovely relaxed lounge area. We serve a wide range of drinks all day, 7 days a week and we pride ourselves on our traditional warm and welcoming atmosphere, you are always in good company at The Old Stand Trim, Co. Meath.

As a native of trim I've socialised in all the pubs in trim. But since Michelle and Derek took it over it is now "my local". They make you feel very welcome and have done a superb job turning this once "old man" pub into a buzzing and trendy spot to go out in. If you're having a get together or party they will supply food and maybe even a bottle of bubbly. They have brilliant music at the weekends and always will go it of their way for you. Love it, keep up the great work guys.

James Griffin Pub

Award winning Tradition Irish Pub, est. 1904 . "There are no strangers here; Only friends you haven't yet met."

Called into the bar for a drink. On entering it was like going back in time. The place was olde world. On further inspection I found that the rear of the building openened out to a modern place. People very friendly. We spoke to the bar maid can't spell her name who was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this place for a good time. Live music after 6.30. A great selection of whiskeys and gins.
