We hiked several sections of the path, all with staggering views and we saw seals and birds, azure waters and wild flowers. So lovely and special. The path from porth clais to porth y ffynnon is amazing.

Absolutely stunning views from the car park (which is free). We walked along one of the paths that led us down to a secluded beach. Was hidden from the wind and a beautiful hidden spot. I wouldn’t recommend for people who have trouble walking or prams etc.

Parking is £2 and the parking is manned. There’s few coastal paths along cliff tops, not too difficult. Well worth the walk to see stunning views. You can walk to end of harbour where you’ll find perfect spot for crabbing or dip if you fancy it. Well worth the visit

Magnificent medieval palace that rivalled its cathedral for glory There was only one top job for an ambitious cleric in medieval Wales: Bishop of St Davids in Pembrokeshire. A 12th-century pope had decreed that two trips to St Davids were equal to one to Rome – turning it into a centre of pilgrimage for the entire Western world. Thousands flocked to see the shrine of St David in the newly built cathedral. But the bishop’s home was no match for this magnificence. Enter Henry de Gower. Between 1328 and 1347 he turned a building only fit for ‘servants and animals’ into an immense palace. The displayed opening times are our general pattern. Fascinating ruin to wander around, highly recommend having a good walk around followed by food in the cathedral refectory.

Compared to the madness of the cathedral this gives fresh air and respite. Short walk outside of the town maybe 15 mins or so. It's the place where st davids mother gave birth. Wonderful views of the Welsh costal path. Awesome

Based in a stunning location. Well worth going to see. Once there you can experience amazing views. And there’s boat trips you can do here. There’s several free parking spots a few hundred yards away from Lifeboat station. And few coastal paths nearby

We had an incredible visit to the bug farm today. We met lovely staff who are really knowledgeable about bugs and keen to chat and show us things. Our son (age 8) was delighted to be shown a tarantula, golden orb spider and a scorpion and have all his many questions about leaf cutter ants answered. We were inspired by the wildflower meadow trails. We thought we would pop in for a short visit and ended up being there all day. They have planned to keep covid secure really well and communicate clearly what you should do without spoiling the enjoyment of the place. We thoroughly recommend it and will certainly go back again.
