The Chocolate Tart

This cookery school is a must for chocoholics and anyone who enjoys creating or cooking. Learn how to enrobe, make fresh cream hand rolled truffles, moulded fondant creams, easter eggs, chocolate Christmas baubles, coloured chocolate hens ..... The list is endless. Choose from 1, 2 or 3 hour classes and expect to package and personalise your products to take home something that looks exactly as if it came from a professional chocolate shop! Tutored chocolate tastings are also available and these can be taken to any venue, hotel or office if you are a large group who can't get out to the workshop in Congresbury.

Did the 3 hour afternoon chocolate making class with Lisa, as I wanted to make some chocolates for Christmas presents! It was great fun. Learnt lots. Made 4 types of chocolate and packaged them up to take away. I also managed to recreate some of them today! Would definitely recommend and will go again! Thanks!

Midsomer Quilting

A wonderful shop with beautiful fabrics, just too many to choose from. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I spent over 3hours in there while hubby dropped me off and went to Classic Car Show not far from here. I was offered cups of tea and the time flew by. Unique classes held and can’t wait to book on one. Plenty of parking and cafe next door.

Simi’s Kitchen

I give Persian cookery classes in my home, on Bath's renowned Great Pulteney Street. Classes are more akin to a meal at a friend's house than a formal class. There are plenty of home made drinks and nibbles to keep you going until we sit down to a 3 course meal followed by chai & chat. Typically, my guests spend about four hours with me. I do a monthly set class, and I also offer bespoke classes at a date & time that suits you and your dietary requirements. Please take a look at my site and contact me to arrange your Iranian experience. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my food heritage.
