Booked this very last minute though they were more than happy to do so. Didn’t know quite what to expect but we were picked up on time by our lovely guide Remi and on arrival all equipment was ready for us organized. We got ready and straight on that speed boat which was an experience on its own. We then got straight in the water and onto the first jump. We were instructed well and not going to lie I was terrified but once one was over just kept going. It’s hard work but the pay off is amazing and the beach they took us to at the end was so pretty with the bluest water, turn got the bonus of the speed boat back! The company do many other activities to fit your level but most important it is run by lovely people x

It is the best way to progress in Kitesurf, in safety and with a specialized trainer, in several levels of kitesurf, without having to share the kite. It is faster and safer to learn, advised to progress quickly and acquire your own equipment.
Inclusions: Use of kite board and neoprene suit all accompanied by a personal kitesurf trainer with level 2 of IKO, and certified by the Portuguese Sailing Federation, with 15 years of experience.

I did a week long kitesurfing course. The experience went beyond the expectation. The kitesurfing was given by very experienced teacher which combine fun with safety. As this was off season stay we had lessons at beautiful Lagoa de Albuferia. Highly recommend place!

This tour is designed for those who are prepared to carry out a longer navigation and may face some maritime adversity. We will sail to the magnificent Tróia Peninsula, which will take us on a journey of about 2 hours of navigation through the maritime channel of entry into the Port of Setúbal. We leave Porto by the Bay of Sesimbra, we pass by the Cova da Armação and we begin our course to Troy. As we move away from coast and along the course we will see in the background emblematic points of the Natural Park of Arrábida and the Marine Reserve Prof. Luiz Saldanha, such as: Serra do Risco, Portinho da Arrábida, Arrábida Convent, Galapinhos Beach, Figueirinha Beach, Outão Sanatorium, Setúbal City and São Filipe Fort, among others. . Reaching the Peninsula of Troy, we crossed the Marina and saw the magnificent Caldera and some vestiges of Roman Ruins. Arriving at our paradisiac destination we take advantage of swimming and relaxing in the sun!

Going to the East, we can observe some of the following places: Bay of Sesimbra, Pedra do Leão, Cova da Armação, slopes of Serra do Risco, Alportuche Beach, Lapa de Santa Margarida, among others. The crew can also choose to sail to Portinho da Arrábida, Pedra da Anicha, Praia dos Coelhos, Galapinhos Beach and Galápos Beach, if there are favorable conditions. We made this event as a birthday surprice, and were not dissapointed. The captain greeted us, went through safety regulations and then out to sea. We got some information about Sesimbra in general, but much more on the influence the fishermen has had on the area. It is great to see how Portugal takes care of their environment, protecting areas and sea. The trip gave us much, and a great swim as well. First leg was east towards Arrabida, then passing Sesimbra again on the way to the west, almost to Cabo Espichel. This was a very good experience. Boat was nice as well.

This tour gives an overview of the surrounding slopes of the Sesimbra Fishing Village, integrated in the Arrábida Natural Park. We can see the Bay of Sesimbra Panoramic view of the sea and we can also identify some points of interest such as the Fortress of Santiago, the Castle and Marcos de Milha among others. We continue to the fantastic Bay of Armação, from where we can observe the untouchable slopes of the Marine Reserve Prof. Luiz Saldanha, and from here, heading West, we will pass by the Fort of the Horse navigating to the magnificent beaches of Cova da Mijona and Ribeiro do Cavalo. My very first experience on SUP was guided by an amazing couple, Natasha & Taigo, the owners of Arrábida SUP. They are very professional, kind, patience and most of all they have a genuine love for nature! Five stars experience!! Highly recomended for those looking for new experiences.

100% recommend. We rented board from Miguel's shop and they were great - both shortboards and soft-boards for beginners. He took us to a better spot than the crowded main beach and it really paid off - perfect waves and no/little crowd !

Dr Bernard Surf School is great for all ages. The kids did an all day, all week including lunch before which was great, but this time we parents joined in for lessons with the teenager. Wow! Such a great experience that we ended up going back for two weeks almost every day. The instructors are the nicest, most talented you will find. They can get everyone up standing and surfing and provide more advanced tips as you go. They can keep everyone safe and happy, even in red flag conditions. Everyone from the boss to the reception are very kind and helpful. Portuguese, Spanish, French and English are all spoken -- and maybe more! The restaurant is a nice place to drink and eat too. Don't like the waves one day? You can also rent skateboards, which are great all along the beach.
