Hilton recommended this class, so we had no doubt it would be good. It was better ;) Mariana was helpful and friendly, explained a lot about the local and national ingredients, their relation to history and their current culture. It's a gastronomic as well as historical lesson. Cooking, we love it, so the equipment we checked and used was professional. So were the ingredients. Freshly cooked, our final menus were delicious. We can recommend the team behind this cooking class, especially Mariana, thank you!

What makes good photography tour? Is it set-ups and copying the shots of the guide? Or is it the opportunity to be creative, interpretative and capture unique impressions of a place? If it is the latter, then Victor is your ideal guide. He was previously an advertising art director and now a full time photography guide. Victor understands that photographers do not want just record shots or narcissistic selfie shots, but rather images that reflect a place and the photographer, and tell part of a story or journey. For me, I wanted to capture some of the everyday lifestyles in Sao Paulo, Some parts of Sao Paulo are potentially dangerous and so it is essential to have a photographer/guide like Victor that knows Sao Paulo and where to go for photography and to keep clients safe. We started off at the Luz train station which is architecturally interesting to photograph. Also it is an photographically interesting place to photograph locals . From there we did a walk about of parts of the downtown area to photograph street activities and some historic but photographically interesting buildings. We encountered a small dance group practicing for an upcoming event and have attached a few photos. Victor is a versatile photographer with an artistic eye- so you just need to advise him what your photographic style and interests are . As far as I can tell, Victor does not do set-ups for others to copy but takes you to places that offer photo opportunities for self expression and interpretation I have been in photography for more that 40 years and highly recommend Victor.

Love photography? How about practicing photography while enjoying life, making new friends and visually discovering Paulista? Experiencing an environment of freedom, autonomy, and connection \o/ The experience has 3 moments: We start with a chat about photography for 1h in a coffee shop. In it, we will talk about my life story (a big life change) both verbally and through photographs to explore the meanings of photographs. We'll look at printed photos, a book (made by our local photowalk community which printed copies are not publicly available), etc. The conversation sets the mood of the photowalk and connects the group. Afterwards, we will photowalk through Paulista Avenue with some special places included that were discussed during our initial chat (Fri/Sat/Sun: we have special authorization to photograph the Conjunto Nacional building*). We will end our photowalk with a special and personalized surprise for each participant. Just this surprise is worth the ticket value ;). Let's go together! Book now \o/

Inclusions: A special and personalized surprise at the end that just this surprise is worth the ticket value ;)., The photographer (Filipe Morgado) will lead a photography chat during the first moment of the experience and will assist everyone during the experience., Authorization to photograph in the Conjunto Nacional building (on Fri/Sat/Sun and respecting unexpected events that prevent us)., Small groups, up to 4 people.

Exclusions: Food and beverages consumed by participants are not included. , The experience is a PHOTOWALK, not a PHOTO SHOOT/ESSAY/SESSION, nor a photography WORKSHOP, as I do not impose learning to the participants. I advise on photographic techniques according to the interest of each participant.

Sao Paulo is literally an explosion of the most diverse and interesting street arts! Here Street Art means politics, expression, social and sexual inclusion as well as the finest way of doing advertisement since billboards are forbidden here. I'll show to you many monumental murals and the story that goes behind theme while we walk around passing through some of the most iconic buildings of the city. Many graffiti have a social purpose and a direct impact on the community. I will present it to you and I will be curious to hear your opinions. This tour is intentionally not covering "Vila Madalena" and the Batman Alley, as I believe that urban movements and social issues occur elsewhere ;) This tour is for those who want to go a little further a tourist experience and want to dig deep into the reality of this city. Ready for it?!
