Ken and his crew of drivers/guides took very good care of us (group of 5 adults) while we visited the island, from pickup and drop off at SDQ airport, to guided day trips (pictured is Angel, he is one awesome guide) always on time, always felt safe! He has some drivers that speak English. One of our drivers did not speak English, all I had to say was “Ken” and the driver would call Ken immediately to translate, very nice service! Definitely recommend this tax service!!!!

We were stating at a resort in Santo Domingo and needed to be at Felix Sanchez stadium to whzt h our kids play soccer on 3 different dates. JM transfer were there ahead of scheduled pick ups times everyday and stayed until we wanted to go back to resort. We even gave him a ticket to watch. Our driver Ricardo was awesome and we schedule another outing to visit a touristy area and we invited him to join us and we had a great time. Great otices and great communication on WhatsApp. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for all the help with watching our kids play!

We have used JR Luxury's services on 4 occasions. Always punctual, constant contact and flexibility. I highly recommend their professional transportation service. The COVID hygiene measures are appreciable, mask, gel and no change of driver to limit contact as much as possible.

Juan Carlos speaks English, was very responsive by phone/Whatsapp, his car was very safe, and he spoke to us about local politics/history/culture as if he were a tour guide. He picked us up/dropped us off from the airport early in the morning and also arranged our travel from Santo Domingo to Samaná and then Terrenas back to Santo Domingo. Regardless of time of day or weather, Juan Carlos was a very safe driver and also a pleasure to speak with. If we ever know anyone that travels to the country, we’d recommend they use his services.
