Casa Experimentelor

Reviewed By 895roxanam - Bucharest, Romania

It's a great place for school kids. It teaches science in a very experiential way and the kids are thrilled that they run the experiments themselves instead of having a grown-up do them. Kids usually love touching and handling stuff to learn how things work, and this is a great place for them to dobthat in a controlled and safe environment. There are more then 2 dozen experiments for them to do, culminating with a presentation of the faraday cage and an engine producing static energy. Kids love seeing their hair stand on end. The only minus would be it is a bit far from the city center, so be ready for a longer cab ride. On the other hand the place has a big parking lot in front of it, so no parking issues (which is a big plus in Bucharest).
