We make more out of apricots! Bailoni is heralded as the first apricot distillery in Wachau. We are an independently owened family company with a rich tradition in distilling apricots since 1872. Solid craftsmanship with the highest level of quality, decades-long experience in apricot processing and our deep connection to the region have been our trademarks of our distillery for more than 4 generations. It is out of question that we insist on regional produce for our liqueurs and brandies. From generation to generation, the knowledge is passed on and the love of apricots, the Wachau and their inhabitants is deeply rooted in our core values. Do you fancy a closer look? We offer tastings at our headquarters in Krems-Stein and also tours through our distillery against notice in advance (min. 10 people).

1301 wurde unser Hof erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Über 700 Jahre wird hier im östlichsten Teil des Mostviertels Landwirtschaft betrieben und seit 1995 in biologischer Art und Weise. In unseren Wiesen finden Sie einen großen Reichtum an Kräutern und Wildpflanzen sowie seltene Obstsorten wie die Elsbeere und Dirndl.
