We recently visited Egypt for a week and I must acknowledge that from the moment we stepped on Cairo airport till the time we had to board the flight back home, we always had one or the other Dahab Safari Tour representative with us to make sure our trip is smooth. Absolutely no hassles at all. Never felt that we were unattended or things were unplanned. Very well planned and well scheduled trip was organized by them. Special mention of the tour guides who took us around Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Being met at the airport in Cairo by our Memphis Tours representative Hassan made things very easy. He took care of purchasing our visas, moving us through customs, and directing us to our car quickly and with none of the stress that travelling to a foreign country with two kids could have brought. We spent 2 days in Cairo visiting Pyramids and other places The tours were well organized with cars always ready and waiting and the drivers were excellent as well. If you are planning a trip to Egypt I cannot recommend getting a tour guide highly enough. We usually prefer not to use guides but on this occasion we are so glad we did and got so much more out of the trip. Shareif was so knowledgeable and so clearly passionate about Egypt’s staggering history he made everything so much more interesting and special than we ever expected. Shareif made us feel like it was our tour and we could spend as much or as little time as we liked at each location. We never felt rushed and he took some great photos for us as well. I was very nervous about traveling to Egypt but from the moment I got here I felt at ease and safe. There is a lot of security at the sites but it is in a positive way and I would not hesitate to travel to Egypt again. The people have been nothing but friendly and courteous throughout our trip, we have felt so welcome. If you are thinking of visiting Egypt just make sure you use a tour guide as you get so much more out of the experience and they take wonderful care of you at every site. Especially the guide, by name Ahmed, who accompanied us in Aswan and Luxor was well knowledgeable and gave us a very good insight about the country. Every minute details of the temple were provided by him. They make you feel comfortable like a family and help us enjoy our trip to the most. Thanks Ahmed! I suggest planning trip with Dahab Safari tours if Egypt is in your mind. Great arrangements and wonderful people to help you.

This was an unforgettable trip! It is a jam-packed trip with so many sites & activities, yet it also manages to offer relaxation while you cruise down the Nile in-between stops. Heba is incredibly attentive although there were a few changes about departure times/locations. She went out of her way to make it special for us (I was celebrating graduation & my friend his birthday!). She frequently checked in on us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going smoothly. We loved our guide Ahmed (be sure to request him!!). His way of presenting information is super effective and I feel like I’m walking away from this trip with waaaaay more insight & education than I have ever had on any other trip. We really appreciated him. Overall the boat was nice and I loved the rooftop deck & pool. The food is ok but it’s fine for what it is and the staff is attentive. So happy & grateful for this experience!

We had a great time on the dolfins and snorkeling trip. It was an overall very good experience. The boat was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and entertaining. Sometimes a little too much though. The trip itself offered exactly what we were looking for: lots of dolphins and lots of fish's in the riffs. We stopped first for the swimming with the dolphins and than had two stops for snorkeling in the riffs. On the second stop was also banana boat riding possible. The riffs are not in the perfect shape they used to be a couple of years ago, but still decent with some variety. A real highlight was the customer service. I forgot my shirt on the boat and they brought it to my hotel the next day. Thanks again!
