We were scheduled for a walking tour on our last day in town and it was cancelled the night prior. They did not call but sent an email. Since I was on vacation I didn’t check my email. This timing didn’t allow us time to make reservations for a different tour or scheduled activity. I called them after the start time, left a voicemail but they ever returned my call.

We really enjoyed the guided walking tour, and felt like we got to know the city. Pascal was knowledgeable and friendly, and had a great sense of humour. There wasn’t any sense of pressure to give money after the tour had finished, which we appreciated. Was a great way to begin our holiday here, would highly recommend.

Haga is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Gothenburg. The pedestrian street Haga Nygata is lined with well-preserved houses, many in the characteristic Gothenburg style called "landshövdingehus" with one floor in brick and the rest in wood. Each iconic house and building have a wealth of historic significance and during this tour we will enlighten you in some of the best ones. During the 1900th century the entire neighbourhood used to be a slum with a seedy reputation although you would never know it today as Haga is by far the city’s hippest area with no shortage of cafes, delicatessens and independent shops guaranteed to charm you in the most Swedish of ways. Our local guide will navigate you to the must see places, the hidden gems, the local hotspots and give you a proper introduction into the most iconic neighbourhood of Gothenburg.

I chose to book a private tour with Patrik because I wanted to be sure to get the time I needed to set up the photos I wanted, and I wanted Patrik to have the time to give me feedback on my photos. I see the tour as an investment to learn and grow my skills while also getting great vacation photos. It was everything I wanted it to be. It was well worth the added expense to have the one-on-one session, and the price is very reasonable considering you are working with a professional photographer. I found Patrik knowledgeable on the technical aspects of photography, and he gave me a new understanding of some of the tools on my camera. I've been on two other one-on-one tours in other countries and was pleased that Patrik showed me new things that I hadn't learned before. Patrik was also easy to chat with and I felt comfortable with him right away. He reached out to me about "plan b" in case we were to have a rainy evening, which I appreciated. All around great customer service. Thanks for a great evening! I would highly recommend this experience to others!
