Hillside Brewery is an exciting, family owned and run Gloucestershire brewery,built on traditional skills and values. We pride ourselves in producing high quality ales in small batches using traditional methods and the finest ingredients from around the world. Using methods which have been developed and mastered over a lifetime, we want to change people's perception of beer.

We’d love to show you around Bath Ales new Hare Brewery, which combines traditional artisan methods with state-of-the-art technology to bring you more of what you know and love, and some exciting new beers too. As well as a full, guided tour of the brewhouse, you’ll be treated to a guided sampling session and two half pints at the taproom.

Severn Cider makes and sells traditional, craft cider. We are open on Fridays and Saturday, other days please phone if you would like to visit.

The Bespoke Brewing Co. is situated on the site of the Victorian era Wintles Brewery. Steeped in industrial history, the bar is situated in a 150 yeast store, with the brew site adjoining the original maltings. The Brewery Tap hosts events throughout the year and runs tours on Fridays at 2pm and Saturdays at 2pm and 4pm.

Every morning we begin the process of brewing with a spring in our step and commence each brew by mashing in with our local Cotswold water. We hand pick only the finest raw ingredients to complement our unique strain of yeast that has remained the same since we started brewing, to produce the well balanced flavours that characterise the beer we’re famous for. With years of dedication to our craft and a brotherhood of brewers who pass down their knowledge through the generations, keeping our secrets and developing the recipes first written on parchment or whispered in hushed reverence, we create contemporary beers with a wealth of tradition.

We are a family run brewery on the outskirts of Bristol, just off from the M32. We are a 10 barrel brewery with the ability to produce 360 gallons of beer daily. We have converted the Old Turners Bakery into a show-piece brewery with a shop at the front.

The Three Engineers Brewery is a micro brewery in South Gloucestershire. It's run by Dan, Greg and Steve, aerospace engineers with a passion for ale. We brew a variety of beers, which are sold draft in local tap houses, and in bottles direct from us. We offer fun and informative Brewery Tours. Please email for private or trade inquiries.
