What can I say.......Volker is a lovely, friendly genuine guy who goes above and beyond to help his customers. I am a keen collector of charlie bears and I had been searching everywhere to find Lazarus. Even though I live in the UK Volker swiftly provided postage quotes and shipped my bear quickly! Volkers communication is impeccable and his English is better than mine! He provided a very personal service, providing photographs of the bear, always making me feel welcome and appreciated. I can not recommend this shop enough, he went above and beyond, he is trustworthy, friendly, helpful and a true gentleman! So thank you Volker for shipping this bear and making me a very happy lady!
