My husband and I got stuck in Fiji and Tour Managers Fiji sorted us out with everything! We were so flustered that they took care of everything, gave us water and organised for last minute accommodation and transfers for us. The accommodation they sorted was beautiful and our minds were just at ease knowing that we did not have to worry about a thing! They also arranged for our driver to stop at some shops so we could buy clothes as we did not have anything suitable for the Fijian weather. Forever grateful!!

We travelled via Helicoper to Tokirki. I would highly recmmend this, it was extrodinary. The travel time was significantly decreased and the view was incrediable, getting to the resort this way.

Bula! What an amazing time we had in Fiji for a week and in no small part thanks to Julie and Api. Other than our accommodation, Julie arranged and sequenced all our other activities. This included airport transfers to the Westin, a full day cruise on Cruisin Fiji and then a full day tour to the Coral Coast (with snorkelling, pottery village tour, Kula Adventure Park and the entry to the sand dunes) and a half day tour to the sleeping giants garden and mud pools. All sequenced with relaxing days in between etc so all we had to do was roll with the week. We also met their family and they were amazing with our two young girls. Thank you and would absolutely use again.

We booked this company to take us to a Natadola Bay resort from the airport. Based on the good reviews we we're excited to use this company. After paying in full (as well as paying for the cost for the transportation back to the air port a week later) when we arrived at the resort we soon received a phone at the font desk that our driver (John) shorted the contract taxi drive. The driver asked to come speak to us at the resort which we declined. This gave us anxiety and left us uncertain on who to trust. On top of this, on the day we were leaving, our ride never showed up. Losing out on the money is one thing, but to make our visit full of anxiety at times was a real bummer.

BULA!!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to have Peni Dovi as our personal tour guide while we were on vacation in Fiji. Wow - Peni is the best of the BEST. Peni knows the islands like the back of his hand and he showed us such a good time. Peni tailored the itinerary to our specific desires. Part of our trip included the desire to learn about the Fijians and their way of life. - and that is exactly what Peni provided. From hiking in the rainforest to the waterfalls to having lunch prepared by one of the local village ladies - such an intimate and unforgettable experience. Peni showed up early to meet us each day. He had everything pre-arranged so that we were able to relax, listen and enjoy - Sanganalanga!!!! (no worries) The history he shared about his country and their culture was so interesting and informative - always adding a little “more” if we would ask questions. The last night of our stay, we were fortunate enough to share dinner with Peni, his wife and his kids. We have become fast friends - family!! There is so much to see and do in Fiji. I had the best time sailing on the MV Reef Endeavor on the 7 nights cruise to Lau! I booked my tour on March 11 2020 through tour operator and called directly to the company to confirm.The company denied me service telling me that the tour is full.I asked them for refund but . It has been over 3 month now and they are still deniing to refund my money back

We had a day trip via our Silversea Muse Cruise There was about 20 of us picked up from the port & taken to the private island for snorkelling & lunch Whilst it was hot and steamy plenty of shade We were given a snorkelling tour off the island & then had a BBQ & a talk on the benefit of a coconut tree Best part was the talented singers who encouraged all the mob into a singalong back to the ship , great fun

Bad weather, not their fault, but I tried calling them at 8 in the morning wanting to know if I was going to be able to do this trip, no one answered the phone! it was my last day on Fiji, the boat was leaving at 9, they emailed at 10 If I wanted to go on the trip or if I wanted to reschedule... Hello? I was already on the boat because your servicecenter wasn't open before the boat was leaving... It was so stormy, the "cruiseship" that I was supposed to travel on was a ferry that was packed with people, so many of us sitting on the floor and standing, because there arent enough seats on this ship. I arrive an the snorkeling Island, the snorkelgear seemed poorly cleaned and I was concerned that I might catch something putting that in my mouth... Then we drrove out to ocean in this litte boat of a tincan with waves a meter high and afeter we were out for half an hour they decided to turn around... No sharks, no snorkeling just all wet, freezing, arriving back on the island, everthing costs extra... And then just going back on the overcrowded ferry to go back to the hotel... Because it was my last day in Fiji I couldn't reschedule, so I asked them for a refund two or the times but they never contacted me back. So overall for me just a waste of Time, Money and Energy and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not that I don't think they dont care about their cultur or that the experience in itself is great... But the customerservice is just overall horrible!
