Avoid this airline. Most expensive boat ride I have ever had. I have been trying to get a refund from them for months and have finally given up. We had a flight transfer paid for months in advance. Day of trip they tell us they need to work on plane for 5min, then 30min, hours later they put us on a cargo boat they had already arranged to haul out luggage that day. We would have just taken the Yasawa flier if they had been upfront about plane issues. They told us we would receive a refund via our booking agent. When working with the agent they refused to refund and told the agent a different story. There were many other travelers that suffered the same fate that day. Also, the website is dishonest. They only have one plane and it is not the one on the website. I’m not too pleased with Fiji Vacations handling of this mess either. We booked with Pacific Island Air for our return and everything was great.

My husband and I got stuck in Fiji and Tour Managers Fiji sorted us out with everything! We were so flustered that they took care of everything, gave us water and organised for last minute accommodation and transfers for us. The accommodation they sorted was beautiful and our minds were just at ease knowing that we did not have to worry about a thing! They also arranged for our driver to stop at some shops so we could buy clothes as we did not have anything suitable for the Fijian weather. Forever grateful!!

My family (2A/2C 13,10) spent the day with Sunny on a driving tour of Nadi and Surrounds (Sleeping Giant, Village, School, Zip Line). Sunny was very accommodative of our requirements, highly informative and above all a safe driver. Their modern Volkswagen Sedan was nice touch. Would definitely use Sunny and Preti for Tours when next in Fiji.

Explore one of Fiji’s most famous tourist regions the Coral Coast. Famous for its amazing shore line, the Coral Coast has plenty to offer and this tour covers the highlights. Take in the amazing lookout over the Mamanuca Island Group from the WW2 Momi Battery. Guns and bunkers were set up here during World War II to protect Nadi from a potential attack by the Japanese. One of the bunkers has been turned into a museum with photographs documenting its history. Visit Lomawai village—the home for salt making. Salt making has been there for centuries and the tradition still lives. Finish off your day with a short 20 min walk in the rain forest to the largest coastal waterfall at Biausevu. What an amazing way to finish your day!

This transfer was hassle free and one of the cheapest I could find! I booked through 'Airport Shuttle Fiji' website which utilises TTF (Tourist Transport Fiji) but is much cheaper. I emailed and confirmed that our ride was a private car (as there was 2 of us). The driver was friendly and helpful, and the car was a modern Landcruiser Prado with good aircon. Our return trip from Shangri-La to Nadi Airport was also easy with another friendly driver and a modern Prado. Definitely recommend! Just confirm with them that you are getting a private car if you don't wish to be on a shared bus.
