Flavours of Fiji Cooking School caters to 26 guests in a modern custom design air- conditioned cooking facility, with fully equipped individual cooking stations, catering to experienced cooks, beginners & children.

Tru Sup Fiji (Ltd) offers Surfing and Stand-Up-Paddleboard (SUP) lessons - great for beginners! Ocean SUP or Surf School; River SUP calm crystal river waters... float past local village and farmland); Family BBQ on the beach with Surf or SUP lessons (optional) for 1/2 or full day.

Daytrips for Namosi Eco Retreat daytrippers or accommodation guests can include hiking, waterfall, bili bili river raft and more.
