I booked a private Dubai city Tour with Noor Al Hayat Tourism, we were picked up on time from our Hotel in Barsha Hights. It was a perfect shiny day in Dubai. Our Tour Guide was a super nice guy he explained everything in the car and at the places. Over all it was a nice experience and my favourite part of the city was old Dubai and Abra ride, thousands thanks to our Guide Rehman

I had the most amazing Time in Dubai this past December with family and friends. This travel agency was hands down the best I’ve ever had. From the pick up at the DBX airport to the return 7days later it was full of excitement. We started off with the Dubai City Tour, we had private tours at the Dubai Museum and had fun shopping at the Souq markets. The next day was jam packed with the most adrenaline filled desert safari with a bbq dinner and show. Then we toured the Burj Khalifa in the 104th floor, Best sights in Dubai are here at the top. That evening we had dinner at Tribes Restaurant at the fountains, the food was really good and the fountain show was awesome. Next Day was Global Village experience, which was a really cool place for shows, shopping, food and rides. 5 hrs go by so fast at Global Village. That evening we went to Dinner in the Sky for dinner. All I can say is that it is a must-do, the vibe and good food was the best. The Next day we had a yacht party to celebrate my brother’s birthday and once again Surprise Tourism handled it all. Everything was so fun and well put together. From the events, tours and dinners everything was nonstop fun and they made sure we had the best experience. They also made sure we were always on time for our tours and events. I planned to go back one day soon and will definitely use them to organize my trip.

Amazing experience, although our original booking was cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the company helped re-scheduled effortlessly. Not often you get to see the sun rise over the desert in a hot air balloon.The staff were very informative about the schedule of the day, and the pilot was very clear on safety from getting into the balloon and during landing. The most wonderful experience with a fabulous company who are so organised and professional. Just loved the whole experience. Definitely worth doing and worth the money. These guys are the best.

I went on the morning tour with 4 others who were couples, me being the solo got the front row passenger seat. Overall the trip was 4-5 hours which was perfect since my itinerary was pretty full for that day. We got to ride a camel, a 4 wheeler atv in the open dessert, and after we got back in the car for the dune bashing portion of the tour which was also enjoyable. We all received private photoshoots by our tour guide who takes exceptional photos. After the photo shoot came the sand boarding experience which didn't go as planned. DO NOT GO SANDBOARDING WITH SANDALS OR OPEN TOED SHOES! One of the other couples and i couldn't enjoy sandboarding fully because of how HOT the sand was! The other second couple wore sneakers and the instructor wore boots so I highly recommend you wear what they wore for a more pleasant experience; your feet will thank you. Aside from that mishap this tour was most definitely worth it! Our tour conductor Ali made the experience super memorable and he was knowledgeable about everything Dubai one of my favorite parts of the tour was hearing his responses to my questions and learning from them. If you get Ali as your tour guide you'll be in good hands for sure. Thanks for reading -Tony

We spent the day with Gomez having designed for us a custom itinerary. It was a great way to see the city in a short time, as we are only in town for a few days. Gomez met us at our hotel a few minutes earlier than our meeting time, with his driver and a clean, spacious and air conditioned car. We did a great tour around the city, stopping to take pictures at all of the must see spots and with Gomez explaining the history of each of the places along the way. We had a great day with Gomez and I would highly recommend him for your next visit to Dubai! Thank you Gomez!!

We were in Abu Dhabi in March 2020 and took the yellow boat tour in two locations: Yas Marine - it was so great that we decided to take Emirates palace tour next day. We were lucky to to be alone in entire boat. Respect to the guides Jesus and Valentine! Those guys are amazing!
