The monastery was open but not the churches due to covid. We were allowed to enter to see the biblical burning bush. The well were moses met his wife. It was such a beautiful spot. The hike up the mountain took 2 hours. It is not an easy hike and luckily there were a few Bedouin huts open for snacks and drink. The hike is tough as you get close to the top. It is well worth the trip

Our experience was exceptional and Great Our experience with Alacart Travel Egypt was excellent. Mohamed our travel representative was superb both in the trip planning and in helping us through a very stressful period of re-working flights after one of our scheduled flights was cancelled. Would highly recommend given all the minute details that were addressed and everything ran smoothly The convenience of having a guide and driver to pick us up from the airports and deliver us to our hotels was also invaluable. The tour guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made our destinations come alive. We loved having our own private guides—as the conversations and questions were completely. Alacart Travel Egypt I highly recommend them.

Discover the history and culture of Ancient Egypt on this 1-day tour of Cairo. Pick up from hotel at late night (midnight), then drive to Sharm El Sheikh. Drive with a comfortable bus to Cairo.
