Chernivtsi is the administrative center of Chernivtsi Oblast (province) – the northern, Ukrainian part of the historical region of Bukovina. It rained quite heavily after we had been there for an hour, but the grounds are lovely, there is a really nice park/garden and the chapel is spectacular!

I read about this building before I've visited Chernivtsi. All guidelines recommend visiting this place in this city too. Of course, it's a very beautiful building in the old city but you can stay here only for a few minutes and take a few pictures near the statue of a lion.
