We hired Adam at the last second to take us to Plivitce lakes for the day. He was super flexible with timing given that we booked the tour the night before at 11 pm. Adam was a great conversationalist and we enjoyed learning about his experiences during our 2 hour drive to the lakes. He was helpful in showing us around and gave great local suggestions of places to try in Zagreb.

Maja and I met at 9am, and I was the only person booked for the day. I’m normally terrified of having to talk to someone for excessively long periods of time but literally I could not soak up enough information; she knew everything (it seemed!) about the history of Croatia, the Pltivice lakes and surrounding areas, about coffee and food and the best museums and why the travertine grew and why the lakes were a UNESCO site and what a UNESCO site is anyway. At one point I asked her why the trees on the highway were cut the way they were AND SHE KNEW THAT TOO. The visit was gorgeous and one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had in real life; I do believe this is the best Croatia can offer because I think it’s the best any country could hope to offer. I said wow over a hundred times. I cannot recommend this company, or Maja, enough, truly.

My fiancé and I had such a good time with Jakov!! His knowledge of Croatian history and the surrounding countries was unbelievable, and he weaved in interesting stories and little facts as we strolled along in Samobor or drove through the beautiful vineyards. There was never a moment that wasn’t fun! He has such a great sense of humor and his passion for leading tour guides is wonderful. It’s clear he has so much experience as a tour guide and really is so great at what he does. We felt like we could’ve been old friends with him by the end of the day, and we’re so glad we had this opportunity. It was definitely the highlight of our stay in Zagreb!!

I absolutely enjoyed my 3 private tours I booked this week! Zagreb is beautiful but I needed to see the main attractions! I was here 7 nights so plenty of time to explore. Monday I booked Plitvička jezera it was truly spectacular! If your in Croatia its a must see! Amazing waterfalls and a UNESCO site! Second tour we went to Samobor It’s a cute village with beautiful churches and this amazing cake everyone must try! But you only need a few hours here so half day is perfect! Third tour we had a full day in the istrian Peninsula. We went to pula and than to Rovinj! In between we stopped at a lavender farm and went for an olive oil tasting with included some local cheeses! It’s a very long day so get your rest before hand. I wish I had a few days here But now I know for next time! Dejan is the best guide ever!!! 3 AMAZING TOURS !! Thank so much!!! Guys you MUST BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY! They make you feel like family!
