I have never experienced service like this! Kristina was so amazing to communicate with, she always answered me promptly and took our needs into account. She called each winery and set everything up for us (covid has made everything harder to navigate!) she took all the pressure of booking tours and tasting away and made everything work smoothly! I didn’t think I could be more impressed after all her help and accommodations! And yet it kept getting better!! We have Lu as our driver and he was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, knew the ins and outs to every place we went to, signed us in for our all our tastings and even gave us great recommendations!! We took this tour two days ago, I’ve already recommended Kristina and Lu to two other groups going to Niagara in the next few months. If you’re going- you must use Southampton limousine! Whenever I go back to Niagara area I will for sure be utilizing them every time! I truly wish I could give a ten star rating, this was an absolutely perfect experience. Thank you Perimeter Transportation Vancouver for your unbelievable service over the weekend. 23 people on the bus and Colin the driver was amazing to us, even wearing a super Jersey of Manchester United. We travelled to Pemberton so it wasnt a short journey. I cannot reccomend these guys enough as everything from start to finish went very smooth. One of our guys left his wallet on the bus and Colin dropped it back to his house the next day. Thanks again and I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future.
