This tour will introduce you with local Tirana and its traditional food and cuisine. Tirana, an urban metropolis, full of contrasts in which can easily be noticed the scars from the past and the present. It is a city when fine delicate art of the beginning of the 20th century is mixed with cold rectangular shapes of the communism period and in between modern new buildings blooms. In this one Day Tour we will discover some of the most interesting part of the city combined with a lot of local flavors, interesting stories and friendly locals.

I didn't have any expectations regarding Krujë, but the national museum Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu inside the castle felt very epic and turned out to be one my favorite ones so far in Albania. It amazes me how knowledgeable Andi is about everything you ask him, even specific details! We adjusted the itinerary a little bit on my request, which is always convenient if you're running out of time.

We will meet in the morning at 09:00 AM at hotel/meeting point and starting our trip to the lake of Bovilla . The road is about 21 km distance where half of it is off road. We will look at the suburban neighborhoods of Tirana where you will see a very different lifestyle from the city . We drive up the lake dam and after we reach Bovilla Lake we prepare to hike in Mount Gamti. The track to hike is a simple level where every step gives us a more beautiful view as we reach the top. Hiking lasts about 40 minutes. On the top of the hill there is an impressive view of the lake and the green hills surrounding it. Time to rest, to enjoy the gorgeous view, to play with each other, to talk and to eat food under the shadows of the cave. Returns to the same track takes about 30 minutes. We have a short stop at the river below the dam where the formed canyons are unique and, if you want, you can swim in the fresh water of the river. After all this adventure, we are ready to return in Tirana.

This upland city in south -central Albania has 2600 years of history, which has bestowed it with stunning archaeology ,quaint residential areas and preserved monuments . Berat's appeal lies in its UNESCO World Heritage architecture and the epic mountain scenery that shelters the city. It was amazing day just for 25 euros per person. Captain Spyros took us from Agios Gordios and drived us to Gouvia by his car telling nice stories about villages we passed. The boat was big and nice and Spyros was the best part of it. He was joking, singins, dancing, talking to everyone and making food. The food was very tasty, and free coffe, biscuits and free wine all the day. The three places we stopped were very nice especially this wild beahh near the lake.
