Typical Greek tavern directly by the water. Perfect location for lunch with choice if shade or sun. They served some pepper spiced yogurt with the bread which was very nice. The food was well prepared and the service was friendly and attentive. A sweet treat with the check made the experience complete.

Me and my wife had dinner twice @ this Taverna. On our first visit we shared a pork dish with roasted potatoes , and eggplant dip which is a garlic lovers fantasy! We like garlic lucky us! The pork was good a bit fatty and potatoes were tasty and good red house wine. On our second visit with family the service was slow , that gave my daughter a fit , you can imagine a 5 year old waiting just to get bread to the table . My meat dish stewed with pasta was good , my wifeâs stuffed zucchini flowers she said was great , the Greek salad was ok. We like it but donât love it.

We visited the Scala Bar Restaurant as a family during the Holly week, for dinner, not drinks. It has an indoor cozy & romantic atmosphere, with low lighting and soft music. Komninos was an amazing host, and person, welcomed us and treated us perfectly. Everything we ordered was really tasty and the portions were as they should. I imagine that when the weather permits outdoor sitting/dining, it must be even more enjoyable, as one can be able to appreciate the landscape, and the lovely view.Thank you for the hospitality â¤ï¸

Traditional greek taverna on the smallest but most romantic and scenic square of Pelion.
Delicious daily dishes and dessert, very kind contact, wonderful setting under the trees... and beautiful views of the village, mountains and the gulf. All with very good price

A very pleasant surprise. We know the area fairly well and visit frequently for lunch with family and friends. Pileas is a very welcome addition to the selection of tavernas and restaurants in this majestic side of Pelion. The atmosphere was warm and modern (rather than rustic), with an essential fireplace and nice decor, with surprisingly great music adding to the ambience with latest hits from the lounge and electronica scene (played at the right volume). Kids loved the boar meatballs and lamb chops. Good choice of affordable wines, which hopefully will be expanded with more great wines in the future. Last but not least, the ladies serving us were kind and attentive. Theyâll see us again soon!
