One of the worst hotel I ever stayed
Reviewed By arsalanlovestravelI had a recent trip wherein I stayed in more than a dozen hotel and this was the worst. First of all the evening staff are not able to speak English properly. There is no one to welcome you. The old building is in dilapidated condition and I was given a room there. The rooms were big but the furniture etc was quite old and bland. This is the first hotel wherein there is no bottled water in the room as complimentary.The electric kettle was in its final leg of its life, their staff barge in without knocking on the door. The breakfast was dismal with very less variety. The good thing is the mountain view and the big rooms for this property. I would suggest you skip this pathetic hotel as it not worth the money

Reviewed By indrawantahthis is a glamping resort. located in lembang, its an hour drive from the city of bandung.. wonderful view! they have this round-ish kind of room, more like a tent but it's not, with no concrete walls, just canvas.. a big bed, bathroom with small pressure of cold and hot water.. but the view is breathtaking.. a smart tv that can only play youtube.. when we stayed there, seems like we're the only guest, we came on weekdays.. at night it became so freaking cold.. the blankets are so thin, so we have sleep with our jackets and socks on, and it still feel so damn cold.. the next morning, since we are the only guest, we have our breakfast in our terrace.. overall this is a great place..

Reviewed By aurelieprdWe loved our stay there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped us organizing our visit to Ijen Crater. They also picked us up from the train station and dropped us to the pier with no additional costs. The area around the hotel is super nice. Food was was also good. The room we chose by the pool was very spacious and clean.

They’ve a regulation for came inside to the resort area (Consume @ Resto or pay around 20K /pax only for look around or Take some photos).

Reviewed By StanfordckSilent, friendly with a closed, green yard for breakfast etc. All in all a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is outstanding friendly. A short way with taxi to the bus-station. I can recommend without cons if you don't expect too much for this price.

Rumah Kita is a small scale hotel/guesthouse with just 6 rooms in a 1 Ha. Garden with swimmingpool. All rooms are very spacious with a big bathroom with toilet and shower and a terrace. All rooms have free Wifi. Rumah Kita has its own restaurant and from the garden there is an unopbstructed view on the Gunung Raung volcano and the rice fields. All kind of trips can be arranged. There are 4 National Parks which can be visited and trips to Meru Betiri (Giant sea turtles)and Kawah Ijen (Sulphur volcano) are very popular. Also excursions to one of the plantations (Coffee, Cocoa, Rubber, Clove) around Kalibaru can be arranged. Rumah Kita can also arrange all transport from and to other parts of Java and Bali.

Reviewed By andreagE5078JMRumah Kita is a beautiful place. The garden is just amazing with lots of different plants and very well preserved, you feel like in a botanic garden. The rooms are very spacious, and clean and the beds are also very comfortable. Peter helped us with tips to organize the rest ouf our trip. He took the time to. Sit with us and share his knowledge. It was very helpfull. We also did the sukamade tour with them, to see the turtles. It was amazing, very well organized. On the way, we stopped at different plantations like latex, coffee, cacao and we also saw the tofu production. Rumah Kita is a very special place and so is its staff. We highly recommend it and we would without doubt go back if passing by kalibaru again!

Reviewed By TalithaMMThe bathroom should get a good cleaning (pressure clean or something), maybe change the showerhead. Low waterpressure and hose not long enough to stand up straight (for me). The chairs at the pool are not very comfortable and there's only a few, maybe add cushions. And the room is not soundproof. We heard the mosque every morning at 4am. But all in all, great place!! The style is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and loved the balcony. Comfy seats. Good breakfast. Very nice pool and garden, you absolutely don't feel like you're in a city. Staff always very helpful and nice. Oh and the afternoon snacks they bring you, fantastic :)! Good location, close to convenience store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!! Oh and there's another part across the street, also with a nice swimmingpool and books that you can leave/take.

And this is not COVID-linked.... unskilled staff who have no service oriented approach. And the price wit 1.8-2 million Rp waaaay overpriced. For this price I can get a 5 star Hotelroom in HuaHin in Thailand with waaaaay better service and trained staff. Overall this hotel is a trap and I advise everyone to avoid it if you want to get something for your money. Don’t even think of staying there !!! The homepage is a fraud, it doesn’t reflect the reality at all. See the pictures attached. The owner is crook for what he offers.
