One of the worst hotel I ever stayed
Reviewed By arsalanlovestravelI had a recent trip wherein I stayed in more than a dozen hotel and this was the worst. First of all the evening staff are not able to speak English properly. There is no one to welcome you. The old building is in dilapidated condition and I was given a room there. The rooms were big but the furniture etc was quite old and bland. This is the first hotel wherein there is no bottled water in the room as complimentary.The electric kettle was in its final leg of its life, their staff barge in without knocking on the door. The breakfast was dismal with very less variety. The good thing is the mountain view and the big rooms for this property. I would suggest you skip this pathetic hotel as it not worth the money

Reviewed By aurelieprdWe loved our stay there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped us organizing our visit to Ijen Crater. They also picked us up from the train station and dropped us to the pier with no additional costs. The area around the hotel is super nice. Food was was also good. The room we chose by the pool was very spacious and clean.

Reviewed By Melz YWe got 1 villa for 8 people. There have 2 bathroom, 4double bed, so far nice n convinence to get rest..only the hot water not good enough. In batu is littlebit cold weather, but the water resistant not smooth.. already complain but only back a while... not help to get hot showers. Hahahahha... For breakfast not to bad. Nice food. But do not expect will get wheat breat or plain bread yaa..

Reviewed By ERIN WIDYA PLokasi cukup strategis karena berada dekat dengan pusat aktivitas. Saya mendapat kamar no. 3 yang berhadapan langsung dengan jalan raya. Karena jendela yang bersekat dan tidak ditutupi dengan apapun, alhasil suara kendaraan yang lalu lalang sangat mengganggu istirahat saya. AC dikamar juga tidak bekerja dengan baik, kebersihan kamar juga standar.

Reviewed By Nicolle KThe best views you can wish for. Fresh air. Cozy rooms (we stayed in the best Junior Suite), stunning garden and pool area, great food. Pleasant staff. If staying more than one night, take a 2hr walk around the rice fields and forest. We stayed here as we were going to hike Gunung Ijen. We left after breakfast at 7 am (the staff was kind enough to prepare it earlier for us) as we traveled with the kids. It takes 1hr to the parking and entrance area. Even not leaving early in the morning, we enjoyed the hike, the views of the lake, and the overall scenery and it was not hot since the wind kept blowing.

Malam minggu ada live musik dan minggu pagi diadahan yoga bersama. Lokasi bagus untuk foto dibawah pohon kelapa dan tepi laut. Saat malam deburan ombak semakin menambah nikmatnta tidur. Konsep villa hijau yang diusung juga menambahi nikmatnys suasaba alami katena beberapa hewan malam juga masih terdengar.

Rumah Kita is a small scale hotel/guesthouse with just 6 rooms in a 1 Ha. Garden with swimmingpool. All rooms are very spacious with a big bathroom with toilet and shower and a terrace. All rooms have free Wifi. Rumah Kita has its own restaurant and from the garden there is an unopbstructed view on the Gunung Raung volcano and the rice fields. All kind of trips can be arranged. There are 4 National Parks which can be visited and trips to Meru Betiri (Giant sea turtles)and Kawah Ijen (Sulphur volcano) are very popular. Also excursions to one of the plantations (Coffee, Cocoa, Rubber, Clove) around Kalibaru can be arranged. Rumah Kita can also arrange all transport from and to other parts of Java and Bali.

Reviewed By andreagE5078JMRumah Kita is a beautiful place. The garden is just amazing with lots of different plants and very well preserved, you feel like in a botanic garden. The rooms are very spacious, and clean and the beds are also very comfortable. Peter helped us with tips to organize the rest ouf our trip. He took the time to. Sit with us and share his knowledge. It was very helpfull. We also did the sukamade tour with them, to see the turtles. It was amazing, very well organized. On the way, we stopped at different plantations like latex, coffee, cacao and we also saw the tofu production. Rumah Kita is a very special place and so is its staff. We highly recommend it and we would without doubt go back if passing by kalibaru again!

Two days ago i arrived the to this beautiful place with optimism & a sunny disposition as i had been travelling java climbing mountains & staying in tents for the past few days so a little luxury was well needed & this place really delivered actually it exceeded all my expectations. I would go as far to say that is one of the best places in Asia to stay. ROOMS Well this is not just a room its a whole villa. As you arrived to your villa by golf car from the lobby you are transported into a fairytale like area. From the butterflies in the bushes to the fish in your pond at the end of your balcony. Then the huge doors open to your all glass surrounded room an your jaw drops as you look into one of the most beautiful spaces that you have ever stayed from the local inspired architecture to the centrally located bed, seating area, free mini bar & what i must say is the best bathroom that i have ever seen. Located through a set of double doors the bathrooms is actually located outside but not to worry as you have a glass roof to shelter you from the rain, in here you will find his & her’s basins, a huge double free standing bath with a tree as the back drop, it was truly awe inspiring. COMMON AREAS So technically you have two common areas as you have your own private one that includes a balcony with manicured garden, fish pond & seating areas for chatting & those days you want room service. Then we get on to the djati lounge. This is the hub of the complex its a restaurant, bar & swimming pool area. This beautifully javanese inspired designed building is a serene place to relax with a cocktail by the pool side in the afternoons, a place in the evening for dinner with a menu that includes kobe beef & live music. The outside is where its really happening here the outdoor seating area over looks the pool & golf course beyond. its a place of serenity & beauty that is unmatched by most hotels. SERVICES Well really anything you want. the staff here are at your service anytime just pick up the phone & they will try there upmost to make your stay special. LOCATION Around 20 mins from the centre of malang (that's a good thing). You arrive to the most luxurious area in the region with wide streets & huge homes that reminded me of beverly hills in California. The hotel villas are set in a super safe gated area with 24 hour security with manicured gardens overlooking a golf course.
