Reviewed By JVL1959This was our second stay at this impressive and well-run hotel. The front desk staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. On our second visit, we found more English being spoken, which was hugely helpful to us as novice Spanish-speakers. The rooms are squeaky clean, well air-conditioned, beds are super comfortable, shower is awesome. We had a great view of the hills on one side, and the pool area on the other side. The pool is divine...super clean at all times, never crowded, towels available, so refreshing, and has a jacuzzi as a bonus. (We're not huge fans of the continuous loop of poolside music, but it's not a deal breaker for us). The breakfast staff is so sweet and accommodating. The choices are plentiful: fresh fruits, variety of breads, cheeses, meats, hot selections, fresh fruit juices and eggs cooked to order, plenty of coffee, and more! On Sunday, we thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday BBQ - poolside. There are some ongoing construction projects on the hotel site, but nothing that inconvenienced or disturbed us in any way. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking and exploring a bit. We are cautious, but we have felt safe walking in the area, even at night. Su Papa supermarket is directly across the street. Very convenient. Down a few blocks are some wonderful restaurants including: La Pizarra, La Vaka Loca, El Arepazo de Elsy (amazing arepas!), Kina and Co.(awesome pastries!), and La Fogata Llanera. We can highly recommend Hotel MS Blue 66 and we will definitely return!

Worst place to stay
Reviewed By cesarmL7844XRI stood in this hotel for 7 days, it was terrible. First, we weren’t able to get WiFi in the rooms, we would have to go out to get WiFi and the mosquitos would bites us. Second, bathroom experience was terrible, nothing to divided the shower so water would come out and do a mess. The hotel pool only measures 3 ft all around so it is not functional. And they don’t give you towers to go out like others hotel. So when we went to water parks we had to buy our own towels. Management is terrible, however the people working are good people. Don’t waste your money on hotel canpestre nala. You won’t like it.

Falta de atención al cliente
Reviewed By vdiazsDurante la estadía en el hotel absolutamente TODAS las noches hubo ruido que no permitía la tranquilidad del cliente. En la primera noche, hubo una misa a todo volumen con música que nos levantó temprano, la segunda hubo ruido de la calle y en la tercera el DUEÑO del hotel hizo una fiesta a todo volumen que duró hasta las 6 am. Teniendo en cuenta que en el hotel se busca descansar y tener tranquilidad, no garantiza esto en lo absoluto pues la respuesta era “es el dueño no se puede hacer nada al respecto”. El desayuno era muy pobre. No nos querían limpiar la habitación habiendo llamado con tiempo para que lo hicieran. Imposible descansar. No tiene piscina. Pésimo.

Reviewed By U1635BCalanrHotel boutique con un alto nivel en todo. En instalaciones, él enfermeras y en comida. Estos tres altos estándares hacen que la visita haya sido inolvidable. La propietaria un cielo. Y hace que todo te haga sentir como en tu propia casa pero con todos lujos.

Reviewed By josephnoacamas y cobija abrigadoras, baños higienicos y servicio de internet wifi muy potente, se puede acceder al segundo nivel y se aprecia el cerro montserrate y guadalupe que son magestuosos y en el bar del hotel se pueden tomar buenas cervezas colombianas.

Se quedaron con mi cédula
Reviewed By CarmenM5383Las habitaciones están muy bien para el precio, pero la piscina se veía muy sucia y el servicio del desayuno me pareció muy regular. Lo peor es que me pidieron mi cédula para el checkin y no me la devolvieron, cuando los llamé angustiada a preguntarles por mi documento, me dijeron que me la enviarían, pero nunca lo hicieron, ni siquiera me contestaban mis mensajes y tuve que pedirle a un conocido que fuera personalmente a reclamarla.
