Penginapan dekat kampus dan Jalan raya ahmad yani
Reviewed By nyonyaprasetyo910Penginapan ini letaknya cukup terjangkau. Dekat dengan jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya. Tepatnya sekitar belakang Masjid Baitul Haq. Kamar cukup nyaman. AC, TV kabel, shower, semuanya lancar dan kondisi baik, bersih, amenitis juga lengkap. Hanya saja yang masih perlu diperhatikan air panas pada shower, tidak ada telepon di tiap kamar (jadi kalau butuh sesuatu harus turun ke resepsionis di bawah), handuk cuma1, kamar mandi tidak ada kipas blower nya, tidak ada lampu tidur, petugas kurang tanggap sedikit. Selebihnya its OK.

Reviewed By Adi Satya SKamar bersih luas, kasur nyaman dan empuk, kamar mandi suip air dingin panas lancar, dekat dengan stasiun Surabaya gubeng -+ 10 mnit nyampek, tempatnya berada di perumahan warga tidak sulit mencarinya. Cocok untuk backpaker kantong tipis.

nice place but need to maintenance
Reviewed By StD29i know this hotel since 2015, several times stay here because my mother house is near by. i am write the review because i want this hotel getting better. the last i came, the receptionist took time a bit long to serve us. as i pay attention, only him working at this time. and 1 security. the bedroom and bathroom need to clean more.

Bad, bad and bad.
Reviewed By priyo h1. The sheet was dirty, there was spot like blood or something. 2. There was no amenities like soap shampoo, toothbrush and paste. When i asked the receptionist, he said the soap supply ran out, really?. Then i need to buy at mini market by myself. 3. At the first day, it was really difficult to find the receptionist. Because he wasn't there at his desk. 4. There was no coffee maker while in oyo website supposed to be prepared at room. 5. there was no mineral water. 6. The receptionist seemed really rude and not helping at all. 7. The curtain loosed. 8. The parking area was full of staff motorcycle. 9. It is syariah hotel. But there was no greeting... the staff seemed too lazy to help. 10. The staff slept at the sofa in the lobby.. it was really unapropriate.

Bad Experience!!
Reviewed By Rukhsar0111I have visited many restaurants but I think reddoorz was my worst experience. Rooms was very expensive and food was also so bad. We have eat the Rice and pizza there but it look like it was cooked many days ago. Hotel/restaurant were corner in the city. No proper maintenance. Swimming pool looks nice a bit but still there was some extra charges for that. The day when we are leaving the hotel was very shocking the sricpt of Bill was very expensive. I'll never go there for sure again.
