Haunted hotel
Reviewed By AinnelinI have a very bad experience staying here. It is an old building with poor maintenance, room light is very dim some with no light. Im having hard time to do my make up, incomplete facilities (no hairdryer, no fridge, no hotel phone for room service, no slipper for bathroom), kettle dirty & its too dark outside at night time. Haunted chalet no 9 holywood (if not mistaken the name), there is an unknown door at level 1 which we don't know the function. when open there's an abondaned house at the back. we can hear someone nonstop walking at level 1 at night its either from our chalet or neighboor. Receiptionist not friendly at all.

We are also the officially appointed short stay management partner by the developer. Our check-in counter is located at the first shop lot at Tower 2’s lobby. Fresh towels and linens will be provided to every guest. You will enjoy the chilling night at our premier residence averaging 21°C. All suites offer air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, hair dryer, iron and private bathroom with free toiletries. We also provide basic cooking utensils, plates, spoons, forks, a microwave oven and electric stove for simple cooking. There is also a refrigerator for you to store your food and drinks. In addition, we also have a washing machine and dryer in the unit for your laundry need.

Reviewed By KS SBasic furniture and smelly bathrooms. No daily housekeeping. Location was ok. Restaurant options within walking distance. Since its at the base of Genting, the weather was not cold but warm. Not the choice of accommodation for me unfortunately. Find a full fledged hotel which provides all the necessities

Worst room service

Beautiful family apartment
Reviewed By FLYING-FIJIAN_1Very modern and beautiful family friendly apartment. Approximately RM20 by Grab from Casino. Nice mountain views and caters for family of 4 quite easily and comfortably. Disappointed that internet rate was RM106 and this ballooned to RM220 after fees/charges including RM85 for cleaning. No clothes hangers, hand towels. And Laundry door is not curtained nor has frosted glass so clearly visible from outside. Food courts close by. Grab to TBS is approximately RM80.

Reviewed By marie77735Fantastic place to stay. Luka was a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and always on hand to shuttle us wherever we needed to go. And his breakfasts are beyond legendary. Probably the best breakfasts I've ever had. Beautiful location too with wonderful views over the river. Couldn't recommend enough.

Reviewed By NudibranquiosStayed 4nights at Windmill Premier Suites while in Genting (June’2022) Prior To Arrival: Was informed that the key collection was at another location (Geo38 Residences) which is directly opposite the apartment On the same day of arrival, a WhatsApp chat was created for easy communication. Upon Arrival/Departure - Instructions for key collection from another location was crystal clear. - Things requirement for a smooth key collection are Passport & cash RM200 for deposit. Alternatively, you can use credit card but note that the fund will take 7days to process/credit back. - Communication with a breeze via what’s app. They staffs are very friendly & helpful. - Instructions given was simple & easy on which entrance for car park. How to use the cards for carpark, lift & room access. -Carpark is free with the card - Check in was a breeze as the cottage was ready upon arrival - Check out was a breeze as well The Suite (Apartment) - Simple, nicely decorated with beautiful Genting view & quiet surrounding. - The apartment has balcony & seatings for you to chill & enjoyed the view - The living room has a comfortable couch right beside the balcony sliding window panel which you can look out & enjoyed the view from the inside too if it’s get too cold sitting outside - Kitchen is small & simple equipped - There’s washing machine in the room as well - No additional trash bags to change the bin. Asked but did not come - Genting/mountain view can also be viewed from the 1st bedroom - Toilets was clean with basic toiletries placed on the shelf - No shower curtains in the bathroom so the whole place is pretty wet when showering. - Drainage in the bathroom was slow to the extend that it will have a little flood at the shower area. - Water dripping @ the toilet bowl area thus this place also wet. - Toilet paper ? was pathetic for a start. There’s no refill stock available in the apartment. When asked for it, it never come. - Towels are folded & placed on bed Nearby: Many small apartment & hotels Quite a few Chinese eateries. (Recommend the Claypot Seafood Bee Hoon at the Chinese restaurant beside Watson) Many conveniences stores Watson, 7-11 & Starbucks are nearby as well Important Note: - Apartment from MapleHome has no air-con but honestly, there’s no need cause it’s very cooling. - Please park @ designated parking lot to avoid RM100 fine. - There’s only 1 set of cards so need to plan well if you all are coming back at a different time cause without the lift card, you will not be able to take the lift to your apartment level. - Food delivery is not available in this area, not even McDonald’s so sock up your own food, tibits & drinks - Avoid peak time when heading out/in cause the wait for the lift can be as long as 15mins. Summary - Reasonable price for a decent apartment, good location to go up to Genting & KL with great view (minus the construction site)

Reviewed By CarinambEl motel está limpio y el desayuno es abundante, las habitaciones no son nada del otro mundo. La cama está muy dura. Al llegar nos explicaron las excursiones para ir a Taman Negara, y son las mismas en todos los lados así que está bien contratarlas allí.
