Amazing hotel, luxury at a modest price
Reviewed By karmacolonicBeautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. I was there for a local conference, and the accomodations were superb. Very spacious and clean rooms, nice facilities, extensive breakfast buffet. I only wish I had been able to stay longer to relax and enjoy all that the hotel has to offer.

Amazing stay
Reviewed By Robert SWe hand 3 nights in a huge room with en suite and balcony with mountain views. We paid about £80 in total which felt insanely cheap. We also paid about £8 each for an hour long full body couples massage which was perfect after a day trekking. All the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Location is right in the centre of Sapa, very handy for all amenities. Would highly recommend!

Good location
Reviewed By TimS125The hotel is located overlooking a small park where Ethnic Minority Tribes still vegetables and have made goods. It’s very close to the stone church so is in an excellent position. The square is noisy at night and early morning on a weekend but nothing unusual for a city. The room was big and had a balcony, however it also had cockroaches. The first night I removed one from the room that was crawling on a shelf and the second night another came out from under the wardrobe. It looks like they need traps as otherwise the room was decent. I would have given a higher rating had it not been for this issue.

Reviewed By McFaul LWe'd a fantastic experience while staying here, the rooms had been pristine and also the staff was great and almost nothing was an excessive amount of difficulty. The food had been wonderful, the view out of the home along with the restaurant is impressive. I'd recommend doing trek into the local village - this could be placed by a reception. I'd certainly stay again!

Reviewed By Kathy_CG_14We are booked for 2rooms and the room with the balcony. We arrived there early morning and the staff name Fan gave us early check in around 7.30 am. (That was very good for us?) the room it not to bad but they should have Heater in the room will be better because it very cold. The breakfast has no choice. The location was good it near Sun Plaza, Sapa Lake, Cat Cat Village.

Reviewed By yehudar2013Please let us check in late for free. Clean the room and renew everything clean. Take care of new water. We were given umbrellas that it was raining around. Allow motorbike rental. Good breakfast. The employees smile and help with anything you need.

The meals were excellent and perfect for anyone needing nutrition for long hikes. The rooms are beautiful, exactly what I hoped for. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here
