Reviewed By Виктория ЮОстанавливались с подругами в трехместном номере, без завтраков. Расположен прекрасно, в самом центре, на улице Баумана. Уютные номера, хоть и небольшие. Душ работал, кондиционер тоже. В номере был холодильник и чайник. В общем коридоре - микроволновка и кулер. Персонал замечательный! Если едете на 2-3 дня, рекомендую.

Начну с минусов: - номера в отеле очень пыльные; - постельное бельё такое, будто на нем кто-то уже спал; - слышимость такая, что если в соседнем номере включили воду, слышно будто в вашем. Плюсы: + персонал на ресепшн старается помочь, при обращении; + удобная платная парковка на территории; + расположение. Завтраки, если вы не привыкли к очень бюджетным продуктам, брать не советую. Кофе не вкусный.

Reviewed By gera19822018Отличное расположение. До центра мин 15, рядом набережная. Магазин пятерочка и вьетнамская кафешка на первом этаже. Интерьер как на картинке.Все удобно и необходимое в апартаментах имеется. Красиво, чисто, не дорого. Тапки, щёткодержателя, мыло, все прижигается. Рекомендую!

Плюсы 1) Вид 2) Приветливый персонал 3) Запах дерева в номере 4) Высокие потолки 5) Сауна 6) Комната для хранения лыж 7) Бесплатная парковка Минусы 1) плохой завтрак. За 8000 в сутки... Серьезно? 2) Запах канализации в холле 3) С парковки нет выхода на горнолыжку 4) Выход на горнолыжку через лестницу 5) нет продажи скипасов на респшн 6) Очень не удобные лестницы. С двумя чемоданам просто невозможно подняться. Притолок 1.9 при проходе на 2 этаж. 7) Номер не чистый. Бумажка в ванной, но фото видно. Ставлю 4 только за отсутствие альтернативы. Так - 3 звезды!

Относились ко мне и моей подруге с презрением, за неделю пребывания уборщица пришла один раз. также администратор, думая, что нас нет в номере, пыталась в него зайти, дабы скрыть свои намерения она ссылалась на сбор мусора, что не входит в её обязанности. Кухня в ужасном состоянии. За такие деньги лучше бы мы сняли что-то другое. Плохое местоположение.

Great little option
Reviewed By JessieTheJoglaresseMy family and I only needed to spend one night in Kazan, so we were looking for a cheap option, and Hotel Dubrava fit the bill! We were brought a nice little breakfast the next morning as well, which was delicious. The place definitely has its charm. One downside is that you'll need to have transportation arranged, since it's not very close to the historic part of town. However, get a cab and all is fine.

A Pleasant Budget Option
Reviewed By Bozeman-DublinI stayed for 15 nights here in this pleasant, clean budget hotel right in the centre of Kazan a 5 minute walk from the Kremlin and Baumann Street. It is spotlessly clean and looks to me to have has a pretty recent renovation as all the rooms look newly finished. I stayed in three different rooms. The ones on the ground floor are cooler in the heat of summer, avoid the corridor of room around the second floor like 211-221 as the heat beats down on them all day and without air conditioning it's impossible to bear. To be fair to the hotel, when I asked to change due to the heat they could not have been more helpful. The rooms on the third floor are bigger and cooler, very comfortable but you'll need to ask for a fan in the summer heat. Some rooms have a sink and some have a toilet but showers are shared. The staff are very polite and friendly, very willing to book you taxis or excursions or book you extra services like the fan I mentioned. Strangely the sheets are not changed very often. Only once in my two weeks. Bizarre considering how clean the rooms and the hotel in general is kept. Breakfast is very very poor but there's a small shop on the corner about 150m away opposite Mother of Kazan Monastery that has nice bread, juices etc. As I said the Kremlin is literally around the corner, as is the panorama museum. Baumann is an easy walk. The lovely Black Lake park is just around the corner too. There's no safe box in the room but the reception will keep valuables for you in their safe. Overall a very pleasant, secure, well located hotel. More like a hostel by western standards but very cheap and I'd be happy both to recommend it and to stay there again.

Reviewed By itsvetkoПрямо напротив железнодорожного вокзала. Но, с другой стороны - в пешей доступности до Кремля и центра Казани. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, баров на любой вкус и кошелек. Отель чистый, мебель новая, недавний ремонт. Пребывание было очень приятным. Персонал идет навстречу пожеланиям гостей. Завтраки неплохие, по "звездности" отеля, шведский стол.

Reviewed By Galina CХотелось остановиться в нативном месте. Выбрали этот маленький отель. Номер тесноват, с видом на каменную стену в 1 метре, но все, что нужно есть. Утром неплохой завтрак, с элементами татарской кухни. Так как мало места, то приходиться ждать когда освободиться столик. Персонал вежлив, приветлив. рядом Татарская слобода, есть где погулять и что посмотреть. Центр тоже в досягаемости, до ул Баумана минут 15-20 пешком
