The technicians are always available and solve all technical issues with a smile (Brahim thank you). The menu is diverse and delicious and the chef is open to remarks and suggestions (thank you Kamal). All the organization and the scheduling was done with Youssra, she was always here to help no matter the issue and very responsive, thank you Youssra ? In short, If you want the intimacy and the bespoke service of a boutique hotel with the business accommodations of a big 5 star hotel, this is the place to be…. You will feel like home

LHOSTEL à Casablanca is very well located in the beautiful and peaceful area of l'oasis, Close to the train station l'oasis, the hub for those who come/go from/to the mohamed cinq airport, from/to marrakech. Hosted in a superb moroccan villa LHOSTEL is midway from guest house to hostel, with a beautiful garden, a wide terrace and comfortable amenities. We aim at creating a friendly community.
Gorgeous hotel
Reviewed By Isabelle BMy husband and I are staying at the hostel and plan on extending our stay for an additional week here. The owners of the hotel are wonderful people. The owners and the staff were welcoming and helpful at our arrival. The property is nicely kept and has a beautiful garden. Our bedroom is spacious & clean. The breakfast is wonderful. They offer many choices such as sweet pastries, local breads, slices of meat, eggs, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, coffee, and much more. The hotel is perfectly located, not far from the tramway and the train station. We did couple day trips to nearby cities such as Rabat (an hour trim ride from here and the trip was very cheap). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying a few days or transiting through Casablanca.

Idea is beautiful, but not enough
Reviewed By MariannaFerraraDirty hotel. The runners and the rooms. Only the lobby and reception area is well cared for. the elevator smells like smoke. The room was full of hair and with used sheets. They changed at our request but the rooms replaced, both of which were full of hair. beds are soft but the room is dusty, not crowded with a view to a dump. normal television with no Netflix or internet options, not even for a fee. in the bathroom in each room (we were 5 for 2 rooms) there was 1 large towel, after our request 2 more small towels were provided in 40 minutes. The breakfast is only salty, without sparkling water and espresso. The waitress said the water is espresso only as an extra. and not available even paying. the rude and arrogant waitress, courteous reception staff also conserge personable and helpful. absolutely absurd price ratio not recommended.

Worst Service Ever
Reviewed By hamza mAs a professional accountant, i visited Thalassa on August 23, 2021 around 8:00 AM. I politely asked to use he washroom which the servant said that it was out of order and that i can use the women's washroom, once i entered, there was no lights and rat poison was spread around all the washroom corners. I sat down and ordered breakfast when the servant came attacking me and asking me to not spread my items "laptop, phone, pack of cigarettes on the table". He litterally asked me to leave my breakfast and exit the coofee very rudely. Once i went to pay before leaving, i seen 3 rats behind the counter where they cook food. it's litteraly a place that's really puluted and the service is horrible.

not a bad accomodation but quite unhonest
Reviewed By tripAd858UP : Nice room, with ensuite shower (but quite dark). Good wifi. Lovely Grandma who is serving breakfast. She is very welcoming (despite we didn't understand her as she doesn't speak French) DOWN : We really didn't enjoy : - check-in : we had to go to a shop (next to the Portugese citern) whose the owner is workintg for the riad's manager. This guy is continuously recommanding riad's guests to visit his shop... He also did the check-in inside our room (by taking pictures of our passports) despite he could do it outside the room... - two different buildings : we were absolutely not awared there was a second building, which is absolutely NOT along the sea. This building is located next to the restaurant "La Portugaise" on 10 Hachmi Bahbah street. Rooms are located on first floor (some of them ensuite, some of them not). Breakfast room on second floor and terrace from the second to fourth floor. Not so much to see from these terraces. Reservation through Booking.com website

Reviewed By sultanesenmarruecosUna fachada excelente pero un trato pésimo, antes despertamos a otros huéspedes que conseguimos que alguien del servicio nos atendiese. Nos fuimos sin desayunar. El que regentaba el hotel no nos hizo factura ni nos quiso cobrar con tarjeta, sólo efectivo.
