Worst Hotel Ever
Reviewed By AlfiHanThis is by far the worst experience staying at the hotel. First the cleanliness of the bed was terrible.Molds everywhere and smell dusty. I have requested the bed cover to be changed, but it took a long timem. Then the worst part is the lights went blacked out for almost 4 hours. Such a shame since the building is not bad

The breakfast only fried rice and coffee and tea ,but the taste nice.Behind the hotel there was nice view the river with big and small stones ..For us this hotel very recommended.I will come back if coming to puncak on the future ..thanks prima resort

We had a hard time in asking for an extra blanket because we couldn’t access the “istay” app. Just a suggestion, when all parts of the services required us to contact them through “istay”, please make sure that you give the correct QR code to the guests. Thank you Pak Imanuel at the receptionist for happily helping us in printing a new QR code after listening to my “jutek” question about this QR Code that didn’t work.

Bad Bad Bad Experience!
Reviewed By stephaniet232Stayed 1 night at their townhouse, turned into a nightmare. We stayed at Oscar 4 and the place was dirty, one of their bathrooms lamp didn’t work, breakfast was terrible. And the worst thing is the WATER. It is super dirty and a little smelly. They did check the problem but it wasn’t solved. We didn’t bath well there. We knew that we can’t expect luxury at this hotel. We only expect that we can sleep and have clean water during our stay at very least. We got nothing but bad experience. This 1 star is for their smiles. If they didn’t greet and say things without smiling, it would be a disaster!

Lack of maintenance, dirty and ants
Reviewed By gagahrAlthough the villa it self is big and spacious, but the condition inside and outside villa is poor and little bit dirty. First the environment: fresh air but the garden is lack of maintenance and looks dirty. Second, the villa: is big and had a bathroom in every cabins but a lot of big black ants everywhere, and not so clean in every corner of the villa. We had a problem almost in every air conditioner (not cool and off every 30 minutes). So they busy for 5 hours to fixed it. On the second night, we had a black out during the rain and seems that they dont have a generator set, so we are in dark for about 30 minutes, no wifii during that time and we cannot contact the reception to tell and ask. Bad service. Third, the breakfast: some choices but nothing special. If we compare with another 5 stars hotel in pincak area like le emminence or pullman, jambuluwuk is the worst, the breakfast is only for 3 stars hotel in my oppinion. Overall, this hotel is nothing special at all. Its quite expensive if we compare with the vacilities they have. I will not recommend this resort to spend your money in this hotel

Hidden Gem Of Rancamaya
Reviewed By rendyadrianLike a treasure trove, it's well hidden inside Rancamaya area. But, thanks to Maps, you could easily find your way in if you follow the guide. When you arrived, it's like you're suddenly teleported to Ubud. With the receptionist wearing Udeng and gamelan plays in the background, you could almost think that you're in Bali. We fell in love with the room almost immediately. It's not that big, but the it has a homey feeling, with warm lightings and a minimalist designed interior. The staffs are super helpful too. When we found the problem with the light switch and the phone, they suddenly popped outside our room to have them checked and fixed. The minor problem is the fact that the room is not that soundproofed. We could hear, though muffled, sounds and conversations from the room beside us. But, again, it doesn't make our stay less happier. In the morning, we try the infinity pool. Due to the rain last night, the water seems a bit cloudy. It would be better if there's a cleaning staff, but we paid no mind to it and jump straight into the cold water. As for the food, we don't have a chance to taste them, since our room excluded the breakfast. Maybe next time we'll try them out. So, to summarize, we'll love to have another stay in this lovely resort !
