Reviewed By LeoNeilWe’re currently staying here in a 4 bedroom Villa with 6 people on a business trip. We hoped we could come back with our entire team but we won’t. It’s not a good place for business trip. The villa is huge but not cheap and really not good value when fully considered. 1) The resort is not 5*. Amenities are tired. Staff are not professional 2) The place is not clean. When we checked in there were discarded face masks and empty bottles on the garden of our villa. Generally the grounds are not well maintained. 3) They have a strict no outside food and drink policy. If they find an empty bottle from outside in your room they will fine you 5 million VND. I find that amazing. The sign warning you of this is the first thing you see when you check in. Not very welcoming. 4) The resort is huge which means you have to get around using the shuttles they provide. It took over 10 minutes to get to the breakfast place and that’s not driving slowly. 5) The maintenance is poor. The Villa Outside light does not work and it’s very dark at night otherwise and actually dangerous. I doubt anyone would care though. 6)I would put this at 3* resort with some nice rooms. If you lower expectations to 3* standard you won’t be disappointed but it you expect 5* Luxury you really will regret staying here. I Travel a lot. If this www my hotel I would fire the General Manage for sure.

Took you about 10USD from the resort to Quy Nhon city, an hour from the nearest air port. Room: booked a villa cause we want private, but no. It’s so noisy with the passenger past by. Amenity quality sucks big time. Service: ask for ice cube to chill baby’ milk, service charge of 2USD. Charge you 7USD because for changing the dirty towel. Hello! Isn’t you have to change the towel daily for guest? Restaurant: was inform breakfast ready at 6:30am, came at 6:30am, nothing much there. Reason: too early food not ready. Please only stay here if you want to have a horrible holidays!

Reviewed By andrey157Pros: -Pristine long stretch of sandy beach, clear water (gradually gets deeper and shallow in the afternoon) - perfect views for a sunset swim -Villa (beachfront pool villa) - very good layout, large bedroom with separate living room. Very decent size swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space -Modern style and clean - all facilities feel very new -Spa facilities - clean and professional, quiet relaxation area -Dinner - enjoyed family style set menu (tried two different set menus and food was good) and drinks (recommend homemade ginger beer) -Cons / Recommendations: -Beach service could be a bit more attentive (towels and water)

Reviewed By Nguyenhai88We stayed 2 days and enjoyed much the beautiful garden. The beaches is stretching along penisular with very nice view. Staff is friendly. However, the resort needs improvement on its facilities. In particular on the pool, my knees are scratched because the pool is made from grindstone. Very dangerous and unsafe. The bathtub holder is dangerous as well. There is little service on the ground. Not sure what is “premium wake up service”? Somehow I think it’s overpriced if it is a 4-start resort. Should improve more, such as: welcome drinks and fruits, attention to more details, aircon should be turned on before guest arrival, bottled water instead of boiled water (or atleast let us know where the boiled water comes from).

Reviewed By denislJ5958DCI was told that this resort just reopened on Nov 6, 2021. The room was good and kept very clean, the food was good but, service very slow in getting a 2nd glass of wine!!! Water sports weren't opened yet. Internet cost US$25.00/14 days for one device. Worked ok on cell phones, they needed to install Fire Fox on my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet in order to get wifi? I couldn't wait for the download, it was extremely slow and when tethering to my cell phone, I couldn't connect to my online accounting software. We went to Jolly Rogers Restaurant to use their WiFi. It worked extremely well. Great restaurant, great food and owned by Canadians.

We booked three nights after seeing the bungalows on the beach and the price. Wanted a quieter stay with our 1 year old son. We traveled all day on the train, then caught a taxi to o.six. Its far out of town arriving late, and no restaurants or anything near by for food was disappointing. We arrived and didn't get a bungalow on the beach but a concrete motel with one glass wall in the back. We went for dinner at the restaurant onsite, got a warm Pepsi and a warm beer! Ordered dinner which was awful. Ribs where only bone, and shrimps rolls where tiny burn pieces of batter. Left the food on the table after the first bites and went to bed. Morning came, and the resort fills up with van loads of guests. It's some kind of a aqua park with the three pools on the other side of the resort. People come and pay a day enterance. Went for breakfast..... Well 3 options for breakfast, two soups and eggs. They didn't have eggs they said so we had bottled water for breakfast. Then saw eggs go to another table 10 minutes later! All the staff are super young, and English is minimal. There was a couple beside us that ordered the pho soup. They have lived in Vietnam for a few years now and where so dissatisfied with the soup, they left as we did the night before. Then I saw the young staff take these soup inside and serve it to another table! I am so sorry to that table, as I should have informed them of what I had just seen. I was flabbergasted. We managed to rent a scooter for double the price we paid anywhere else. Went down the highway to a cafe called Summer which was good. Ended up doing the 20-30 min trip to town for dinner and supplies each evening. Sisters Pizza had great food in town. The last night we decided to ask to be upgraded to the beach front bungalows, which we thought where pretty nice at the time. Wood floors where starting to pop and shift, the showers all had the rocks in them and these rocks where all green with slime, so we wore sandles. Went to bed that night overlooking the waves crashing onto the rocks. PS, just a tiny tiny beach on the one end, rest is big rocks. And shortly after got woken up by RATS fighting, fornicating and running around in the thatch roof. Stuff from the fighting was falling on the three of us in bed. I got up and turned on the lights to find our pillows and bed covered in debris. Went to the front, all the kids where sleeping in the lobby. Woke up one kid and asked for a new room, they brought out a can of bug spray! I was pissed. Googled rats, showed them the picture, walked them to the bungalow, showed them the debris and then walked them to my old room and asked for the key. They finally got the hint and helped us transfer everything at 11 pm. That night we heard rats running around in the top of concrete building also, but nothing was falling on us at least. We left the next morning, asked for a taxi for 845, nothing showed up. Walked with our bags and son to the highway after waiting 20 mins in the lobby enterance. Flagged down a taxi off the highway and where so glad to leave this place.

Reviewed By MsjuinnessWe were finishing our three week trip around Vietnam and stayed here for two nights. Our room was so so, but did have a nice view. Our first night a pipe in the bathroom broke while we were at dinner at another beach. Luckily there was a drain so we didn’t come back to a flooded hotel room. Slight inconvenience, not a big deal. They offered us a beer for the inconvenience. The next morning ( roughly 10:30/11 am) we wanted to go down to their private beach. The gates were locked and eventually someone came and opened it. After about 15 minutes the man who was on “lifeguard duty” waved at us to come up because he was hungry and wanted to eat lunch. I laughed and refused to go. After about ten more minutes of him yelling and insisting we come in we decided to go in. I was shocked. When I shared my experience to the front office the lady giggled and said that he was hungry. Again, shocked. Come to find out, 3 people drowned here a few weeks ago! The only positive things I can say about this place is that it has potential and we really appreciated the extremely hardworking man who ran the pool house restaurant. He was fantastic! One more thing, as we checked out we noticed our bill had two beers charged from our first afternoon. We asked if they could take them off because of the pipe bursting promise they had made. It was too challenging for them to do that. We said ‘forget it’ let’s get the heck out of here. Suggestions for your hotel- - open up and clean your private beach of trash - don’t let your staff tell guests to come in from their beach time because they are hungry - pick up the trash around your property ( there were about 5 staff members sitting in the lobby playing on their phone when we arrived. I also saw other hotel guests throwing trash off the sides near the cliff) your property could be so beautiful if you took care of the land - add umbrellas to your pool area so people can enjoy your nice pool - don’t lie to your customers when they ask you about the accident that happened there Will not be back but wish your hotel the best and a growth mindset.

Wonderful hotel in a great beachfront location

How good is this - I booked a 3-night non-refundable (no changes) special online but I had to cancel the first night (train line flooded). I notified the hotel and they graciously just added a night to my stay at no cost. The hotel is a little dated but, for me, that just adds to its charm. My room was very clean and spacious with a balcony and spectacular view of the beach and promenade. Dining at the hotel is very good and affordable. I would recommend the buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
