Average room. Great location

Room was ok. Clean but the bedding was awful. Tiny pillows (smaller than standard. Why?) one thin micro fleece blanket for a couple to share. Water pressure was intense. Faucet either on full blast or not at all. Very messy

3 day vacation

Reviewed By Elmerfudpucker

We went to Niagara Falls with another couple for our annual NF vacation at the end of July. First time @ Kings Inn as previous motel we had stayed at for many years was under renovation with new, not-so-friendly management. Jules checked us in & process was quick & effortless. All staff were very friendly & accommodating. Rooms, while dated, were clean & beds were comfy. TV not so great and if there was one area for improvement it would be the TV reception/channel availability but who goes to NF to watch TV? Outdoor pool was excellent with comfortable chaises, umbrellas & a big tree for natural shade. No smoking in rooms but you could smoke outside your room & at the pool. All in all, Kings Inn is a good value motel in a great location. We hope to make Kings Inn our annual go-to place in NF.

Cadillac Motel Near the Falls

The Cadillac is a "retro chic boutique" motel located in the heart of Niagara Falls, Canada's tourism district. Our great location is central to all of what Niagara Falls has to offer. We are located at the corner of Fallsview Blvd and Ferry Street and we are two blocks from the Falls, Clifton Hill, Fallsview Casino, Casino Niagara and all the Niagara Falls area attractions. The Cadillac Motel is reminiscent of the 50’s and 60’s roadside inns and pays homage to its name sake, one of the world’s most prestigious vehicles, the Cadillac. You’ll dig your room’s fab and unique Cadillac mural, whether a classic vintage Caddy, or specialty models like those that belonged to Marilyn Monroe, Al Capone, ZZ Top, Ghostbusters and of course Elvis! We are now Dog friendly. 25 pounds and under. Call ahead to reserve.Limited space.Extra charge applies.

Very noisy!

Reviewed By twolittlebirds

Pro’s: • Centrally located and within walking distance to pretty much everything in town. • Friendly staff. • Room was very clean (aside from hanging light which was very dusty). • Retro decor and theme. • Chaise lounge was super comfortable (might have to buy our own now). Con’s: • Super noisy; located on a major road with a nightclub directly across the street. • Loud drunks fighting all night (from the nightclub). Felt very uneasy our first night there. • Linens and towels were very rough. • No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom, only soap in a dispenser. • Very small sink and it needed to be replaced (water damage). • No hair dryer. • Room was either boiling or freezing; bathroom was always freezing even if the door was left open. While we had a great little escape we probably won’t return, namely because of the noise. Shame considering this is no fault of the motel.

Family Suite at a Budget Friendly Price

Reviewed By AmandaDucey

We booked the family suite, which featured three double beds, at a very affordable price. Staff (I assume an owner?) were friendly, and efficient right from check-in to check-out. I had little interaction with any staff, but it was always pleasant. We had a apartment sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Room was quite large, and had a divider that separated off one of the beds to make a bedroom (the pictures of the room on the website are accurate). Nice feature to have when you want some privacy from the kids. Room had two sinks with mirrors, one in the bathroom and one just outside of it...which is great when two girls are doing hair and makeup. They made good use of space with the amount of furniture. Downside was that there was only one dresser, and two beds didn't have an actual bedside table. However, there was plenty of surfaces to put our stuff. The room was quite clean, but showed some signs of age. You can tell that they've done upgrades, and I'm sure over time it'll be great. I did especially like the flooring instead of carpet. Just felt that much cleaner. Outside was clean as well, and felt maintained. It was very quiet. You could hear outside noise, but no drug addicts and such like other reviews have suggested. Even coming back fron Clifton Hill at 2am had us coming back to a very quiet place. It was really nice after a long day. The motel is located a short walk away from the top of Clifton Hill, is in eyesight of the Greg Frewin Theatre, and an eight minute drive to a Zhers and Dollarama. I have little complaint about the whole experience. I would have liked it better if the family suite had a kitchenette, or a few more appliances like a toaster (we just happened to bring our own). The beds were a little hard but not unbearable. And maybe in the family suite an extra chair. I likely will return.

Serious renovation required to property

Reviewed By 456tessam

Booked this hotel on a Sunday, long weekend for $300.00 per night, this is a motel, not a hotel, nonetheless it appears as if it hasn't been renovated since the 1960s, the building is made of wood, upon entry to your room, there is noticeable gap between the building and the crawlspace (allowing for inspects, critters, animals to enter) the air conditioner wasn't installed properly, leaving a noticeable gap, again allowing critters to enter, the room was overpriced, and handprints on the television, converter, and a huge spider in a web when we entered the room, and had to call the front desk to vaccum it up! The exterior appears as if it rotting, and who knows there may be termites behind the walls, on the interior, the ceiling had gaps, it wasn't made of drywall but panel inserts, again allowing critters to enter, we were afraid to look under the bed, once you enter the washroom, it sounds as if an airplane is landing, and the vent was filthy. Upon entrance at nigh time, a bat flew away, upon leaving the next morning, the identical spider we found in the room, another one was outside in the outdoor corridor, definitely not a 3 star, not a 4 star, and not a 5 star, if anyone inputting these reviews as such, it is fishy to me, and fraudulent, this place is worth $50-75.00 per night, no more, beware! yes, there were 2 large queen size beds, and decent size, but my worry is the cleanliness of the room, and how the property is being maintained (interior/exterior), i think an inspection is required.

Nasty - wouldn’t even give it one star

Husband and I left that dump this morning . Honestly if we didn’t pay for it prior , I wouldn’t have stayed . We stayed in room 205 , the shower was grimy caked in old black dirt ! The room was extremely out dated with a lovely couch that had burn homes and dirt soaked into it . The best part was the domestic violence that went down until 4 am ! Don’t even get me started on the hallways , smelled like cat urine and cigarettes ?. Would have slept better in my vehicle over night . Hands down the worst place to stay ! Oh and definitely not what the picture had in the advertisement.

Honeymoon at the Sunset Inn.

Reviewed By sunmandan

My wife and I had a night we'll never forget and it had a lot to do with the fabulous hospitality from the owner of this property. We can't thank you enough. You made us feel at home. Big hotels can't offer experiences like this. Our room was right next to the pool and we had a heart shaped jacuzzi. Originally we booked a basic room but the honeymoon suite was recommended to us by the owner. We made some great memories in Niagara Falls and also made a friend. Thank you so much. We will be back!
