Reviewed By Ezra710Just a one night stopover before catching the ferry. Friendly staff. Shower pressure not great and need a bit soft for my liking but had all we needed. Convenient location, opposite countdown supermarket and (quiet/empty!) mall. Nearby food options and short walk to CBD.

Reviewed By brianrF5138CNJust a quick one night stay before catching the ferry next day. Great location with a supermarket just across the road. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unit was very spacious, clean and tidy. Great shower with good pressure. Easy onsite parking. Only comment would be that the bed was a bit firm for our liking.

Family holiday destination
Reviewed By JoezannaMy children and I spent 5 days at the Gateway Motel seeing the New Year in. The rooms were very spacious for an adult and 2 children, they were very well kept with staff servicing our room each morning. Perfect location to stay as it is central to the town center which makes walking the main street with children in tow a breeze. Just a 2 minute walk to access the supermarket, cafes, the family playground and water park located on the foreshore and not to mention the award winning bakery located at the front entrance. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. Really appreciated the staff turning the water sprinklers on the lawn to keep my children entertained in the afternoons as the heat was still in full force late in the afternoon made watching the kids play while cooking the BBQ in the entertainment area hassle free. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Team.

Ashton Court the best motel out
Reviewed By KarenB4619First of all Motel is spotless with great interior, Full bottles shampoo, conditioner and body wash not just one use option, lollies in a jar, many channels on TV, close to town, Very accommodating staff, But icing on cake they let a staff member leave a vehicle at the motel for a whole month as we couldn’t get it on the ferry. I arrive to finally pick up van and catch ferry and they had made sure the started it often so battery wouldn’t be flat. We always use this motel for our business but this is the first time I personally have stayed , I was blown away, Thanks Aston Court

Reviewed By Aklnz2018We stayed here 12 months ago and it has slipped a little since then. The unit had obviously had a recent update in the bathroom and kitchen. However the kitchen was very basically equipped and it was not value for money. The couple managing it are new to the industry and are trying very hard.

The room was really nice & clean, the kids loved the pool and we will define stay again next time we are passing through. Was also great to be able to have our wee dog stay with us in the room.
