Our upstairs studios have fantastic views of the hills and a glimpse through to Lake Dunstan. Our downstairs studios and one-bedroom units get lovely afternoon sun and look out to our gardens. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, large LCD TV - the family units have 2 TVs, Super king-size beds and heat pump/air conditioners in most units. Continental breakfasts are available. Central Gateway Motel is situated 300m from Lake Dunstan, the Cromwell Heritage Precinct, Lake Dunstan bike track, Restaurant/Cafe's and the Cromwell Town & Country Club. However that is far from the truth, Colonial Manor Motel is located in the very heart of Cromwell township. All our spacious rooms feature large comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi and flat screen TV's with Sky 50 Channels and double glazing. Kitchenette facilities are provided in all but two rooms (these are the upstairs studios where a microwave and toaster are available). All rooms are fitted with fridges. Guest laundry facilities are available with a washer and a dryer, or for those with an environmental mindset an outdoor clothes line is located between rooms 8 & 9. We pride ourselves on offering spacious, clean and comfortable smoke free rooms accompanied with a caring attitude and desire to provide a quality service to ensure an all round enjoyable guest experience.

We have Studios Units 1-2pax, 1 Bedroom Units 2-4pax, Family Units 2-7pax and very large 2 Bedroom unit that sleep between 2-6pax. All units have cooking facilites including a full stove these are great for the longer stay nights. Outdoor swimming pool, free WIFI and Sky TV.

Lake Dunstan Motel has a perfect location just off Cromwell's main street - so you can enjoy the peace and quiet, yet it's just a 300 metre walk to the shopping centre, cafes and supermarket. We have 15 modern and spacious units set on large grounds next to the Cromwell golf course. All units feature a kitchenette, private bathroom, LCD television, SKY TV with 50+ channels, tea/coffee facilities and a DVD Player.
