Reviewed By IrinnellaИскали тихое, уютное и не жаркое место в Небуге. И нашли. Дом расположен на реке, у горы. Есть парковка для авто. С одной стороны недалеко от моря, с другой река. Когда не хочется идти на море, можно найти место для купания на реке, в тени деревьев. В номерах ни жарко, есть кондиционеры, но нет необходимости в них, достаточно прохладно. Особенно ночью. Хорошо оборудована кухня. Можно готовить. Мангал, микроволновка, куллер, стиральная машина. Прокат велосипедов. В каждом номере телевизор и отличный вайфай. Большой бассейн, с хорошим фильтром очистки. 9 номеров. Здесь же можно взять экскурсию на водопады.

Hotel asking more money for the confirmed booking
Reviewed By dianam0sc0wI booked this hotel week ago with booking.com and received confirmation of the reservation. Then hotel sent me email, that my card is not valid. My card is valid and there are enough money on it. I did all my hotel reservations with this card in the hotels around the world for the last 3 years and never had problems .I thought that I put the wrong number or something , since no details were provided and updated card information. For a week there were no any signs from the hotel and I gave this reservation for visa. Suddenly after a week of silence I received another email , that card is not valid . I updated card information again and sent email asking the details about the transaction , since I do not know why they have problems, since again the details were not provided. I called my bank and asked , why they refuse transactions and they said, that they did not receive any transactions from the hotel. I didn't receive any feedback from the hotel, instead of it it just cancelled the booking with proposition to make new reservatuon. I booked it for 377 eur for 6 nights and the new proposed price was much more higher - 546 eur. With this price I found another much better options and do not want to pay such money for this hotel. I tried to called the hotel several times by the phone number on booking.com web site, but nobody answered, I sent another email and received no answer again. I contacted booking.com asking for help , but they did not do anything , just called hotel and it refused to make another reservation with the previouse price and ready to do it only by the updated price. They told that they can do nothing and do not check hotels or their actions.

Не советую это местечко
Reviewed By _V2667CLВыбирали из двух гостевых домов и выбрали новую купавну,единственный наверное плюс это бассейн и столики около бассейна,дальше,за номер двухместный отдали 3700! Нас 3 взрослых было ,когда звонили изначально предлагали в двухместный номер поставить либо кровать либо раскладушку(хорошую),в итоге по приезду оказалась только раскладушка (по факту обычная старая раскладушка,которая явно не предназначена для взрослого человека!зачем спрашивается предлагать такой номер при размещении 3 взрослых? Дали постельное белье без одеяла, оказывается не только нам так,видимо летом экономия у них на этом! Администратору наплевать на просьбы гостей, далее мусор не выносят с номера,за 2 дня что были,ни разу не убирались,кухня грязная,воняет!Вообщем таких денег точно не стоит!и кстати бассейн похоже тоже не чистят,так вроде чистый,а внизу уже грязь! На стоянке много было машин,ставить не куда было,на что администратор сказала где будет место туда и ставьте,либо пока кто то не выйдет! До моря да,близко,но обратно подниматься в гору! Больше не поедим в этот гостевой дом,где администрации полностью наплевать на гостей!
