Hard to write bad facts for this super cozy hotel, but I have to.
Reviewed By Yuri KWe stayed here for 7 nights in the lux room on the upper floor of the main building. We were 2 adults and 2 children (6,10). Let's start with bad things: Water pressure was bad and we couldn't enjoy the shower. (our friends in an additional room haven't faced such a problem. The Wi-Fi is unstable and we got many disconnections. The room was not really clean (especially under the sofa bed) The good things: The staff is super kind and willing to help with any request The restaurant is so tasty - just everything!!!! The rooms are cozy and are well designed The location is not perfect (no ski in/out) but pretty good, and if you ride on red piste you can easily get to the center via LIft #1. which is 5 minutes walk in ski boots. The sauna is very nice. The atmosphere is amazing. General: The hotel provides ski equipment hosting in a common room (no private lockers) The hotel is built on a hill and it is a bit difficult to get into it (not too much).

Reviewed By Pavel_MishinAvailable for booking without pre-payment, but when you book the room you receive the email with coordinates and request for payment to secure your booking, not even in that currency you booked. (if you booked in UAH, you will be asked to make WesternUnion payment in USD). No feedback via email, no explanation of cancelation. No available to pay with credit card, so I don't know how to secure my booking. Anytime I can receive email from this hotel with the phrase "your booking was canceled". Booking.com does not secure this pre-payment.

Nice and small
Reviewed By Oleksandr VNot big hotel located close to the Bukovel resort. We have early arrival and the staff allowed us to leave our belongings before check-in. All in all, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The have restaurant, breakfast was very good. Hotel located on the top of the hill, so be prepared for the difficult climb. They also do not have an elevator in the buildings.

Reviewed By Игорь ЛОтдыхал с дочкой в феврале. Отель очень понравился своим расположением. Находится возле 5 подъемника с выходом на склон. Чистый,уютный со вкусными завтраками. Оригинальный дизайн и отзывчивый персонал.

Reviewed By Tatka2019Жили мы в люксе двухкомнатном, номер чистый, есть холодильник, полотенца Но например элементарно чайника и чашек, тапочек и халатов не было. Хотя это люкс Халат можно взять за доп. оплату на весь период проживания за 100 грн. Вроде это ничего, но ведь это люкс!!! СПА содержит бассейн, сауну турецкую, холодный бассейн, баню Мы жили в номере, который прямо возле лестницы и утром было очень шумно и не комфортно от жильцов. Нет предупреждающих табличек, что шуметь утром и вечером нельзя Завтрак входил в стоимость, шведский стол, обычный без изысков)

Всё было замечательно! вежливый дружелюбный персонал, удобный номер с большой кроватью , из окна пасторальный вид на горы и альпийские местные домики. Буковель и Паляница - это деревеньки с новыми отелями и благоустроенными склонами для комфортного катания для лыжников с любой подготовкой. В самом отеле есть прокат оборудования. 2 евро на день: лыжи( в основном 160 см). палки, ботинки , шлем подберути, настроят крепления под ваш вес.Утром простой завтрак: яичница, блинчики. но этот как раз самое то- легкий завтрак перед катанием. Вечером. можно недорого заказать ужин в отеле, но предпочитали прогулки по буковелю, с заходом в ресторанцики, кафе. пицерию. Всё в шаговой доступности В 300 метрах от отеля магазин, где можно преобрести всё самое необходимое.После Риги цены смешо низкие.К подъёмникам и назад вечером к отелю ездили на такси ~ 2 евро поездка.В самом Буковеле грязные дороги . тратуров почти нет.Берите с собой упаковку бахил, нам в марте очень пригодилось!

Reviewed By 919alexeikЭтот отель расположен на против первого подъемника. Очень близко. Но и за того что он на горе то до него трудно добираться на машине. Указателей никаких нет и таксисты тоже не знают где он. Будете здесь останавливаться просите карту. Номера чистые, удобные, теплые. Плату через booking они не делают так что будьте готовы переплатить. В основном нормально

Reviewed By tautvydasd2018I would like to recommend this place to stay in Bukovel resort. Probably one of the best place in region to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have their own restaurant and food is really good. You could book a sauna room there aswell. Prices are good. Rooms are clean. One day we will come here again :) Thank you

Reviewed By Petro SFamily owned hotel offers amazing views as located on the top of a hill. Forest and mountains are in 5 min walk from the hotel. Pool is big advantage to those who come in Summer time. Owners are great - always are nearby and do their best to make everybody happy! My favorite place in Karpaty!

Цена не соответчвует качеству. 3-х местный номер в сутки=900 грн Такси в один конец от гостиницы до подъемника мин. 130грн. = 260грн в день Пешком из-за крутого подъема- не реально Не профессиональный персонал( хозяин гостиницы- мало культурный человек) Кухня - не вкусно, но цена при этом как в ресторане Вывод: за 1200грн в сутки можно жить в прекрасном, живописном месте Буковеля рядом с подъемниками, а не в забытом всеми форресте. P.s. кроме наших двух номеров в гостинице никто не задержался. Мы были с детьми и решили ничегр не менять, надеясь, что не смотря на гиблое местечко, может хоть персонал и питание порадует, но........чудес не бывает. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!
