Reviewed By dimtgrA wonderful and peaceful place to experience the Mekong Delta, right on the riverfront. Room was nice, clean and spacious, dinner was great and breakfast offered a big selection of local treats and excellent Vietnamese coffee. Most important, the manager Mr Khoa was always present to assist in any way possible, and the local staff were always helpful with a smile.

The Eco-friendly stay in Ben Tre with great location less than 3 km from the center. 19 bungalow wooden separated houses with air-con and fan situated in the middle of fruit, coconut, water palm. Thinking in a peaceful environment like this place has given me lots of inspirations for my life. It would be a great getaway from home with friends and/or family too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location with unfriendly staff
Reviewed By blars1The Homestay is beautifully placed in between several plantages, which makes it a good place to escape the hassle of Ben Tre. You can rent kayaks which makes good fun for half an hour rowing between the plantages. It is however very difficult to find via Google maps and the staff was not welcoming us or speaking to us. We stayed at several Homestays in the Mekong Delta and this our least favourite one.

Perfect place to stay if you want to experience The Mekong
Reviewed By DianneJMI have visited The Mekong a couple of times but lucky enough to stay with friends. This time I took my husband so needed somewhere comfortable, private with good amenities. I also wanted him to experience the sounds and sights of The Mekong that you cannot get in town in a hotel. This was perfect. We had a bungalow which was very private with a fridge, air conditioning AND a hairdryer and electric kettle. These last 2 items not common in Vietnamese accommodation unless you stay 5 star for western prices. HINT always travel with a mug and coffee sachets. Yes the beds are firm (as they are all over Asia) but thick mattresses and better quality than budget style hotels. Linen and pillows were highest quality. Included breakfast was sufficient. We had dinner onsite the first night and it was sensational for 150,00 each. We met friends for dinner the second night (at the floating steamboat in town) which was twice as much and the food probably the worst I’ve had in Vietnam. The gardens were sensational with lots of walking if you like to do so. We had moto’s so had no trouble getting there and around.

They always smile and greeting me, they also take care me, ask me my feeling of the farmstay, is that comfortable for me or something. Besides, they had the cooking class and taught me how to cook Vietnamese pancake. They made my trip so meaningful.
