Reviewed By JuergenRomstedtZum Übernachten gut geeignet. Nahe Berlin und dem Seengebiet, bietet Wandlitz-Klosterfelde eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend sowie schmackhaft angerichtet. Schade, das kein Abendangebot verfügbar ist, der Wirt gab aber gute Empfehlungen.

Amazing location, fair hotel
Reviewed By mrkcccIt's definitely not a 4 star hotel, but location is amazing, very close (15 minutes by foot) to the beautiful lake of Liepnitzsee. The rooms would need a refurbishment, this hotel has a lot of potential but everything looks a bit dated. Very clean, though, nice welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. Overall I'd recommend this hotel, for a refreshing weekend getaway from boiling Berlin.

Reviewed By Great_OrenWent to a conference nearby. The hotel is pretty standard, the room is not small, the service was excellent, and the breakfast even better. It is located outside of Berlin, with a limited access to Taxis. The Vietnamese restaurant located inhouse is excellent

They present their offer on multinational website as booking.com with information that they service in germany, english or even spanish. And they speaks english since you payed. I arrived there and pre paid staying. Women from reception told me that I coudl recived invoice on day of check out. When I checked out there was old women speaking only germany who tried to cheat me that I didnt payed day before. When I backed to she with card payment confirmation she told me "ok, ok ". I payed by business card so I woudl like to recive invoice or even recipt. She told me in germany that she doesnt understand took my visit card and even didnt gave me any recipt. But she gave it to all gests speaking Germany. Its almost week after. I tried to call them several times but they doesnt want to speak english and delayed calls. I even send they email in germany by google translator but they haven't request. Booking services call them also but still nothing.This hotel its totaly unrecomended. They are cheaters and does their business out of tax law. Ps.I called them next time and women from the reciption started speaking English after 20 calls. She told me that the wont give me any invoice becouse their office is closed. Closed? Office in hotel which shoudl act 24/h. She also told me that they dont care that not giving recipt and taking payment its not according with tax law. She was laughting and delayed phone call. Good I recorded all this conversation and going to and in on social media accounts. Never stay in this hotel !!!
